Walk to restaurants, movie theater, downtown concerts and events. Yet extra large two acre property for family volleyball/sports, chipping golfballs. Space for boat and near boat/water access. Fully-equipped kitchens. Natural Stone fireplaces, outdoor equipment, all indoor amenities LINENS, DISHES, TOWELS, BEACH TOWELS,are bright, fresh, and current. Private and unique, not a commercial endeavor - they are the personal guest cottages of owner who lives on property.
