Felt like a much higher rated hotel but it would be nice to have an "adults only" section/floor away from children. This hotel has a very romantic feel but it just seemed busy and noisy all the time.
Positives: Very comfortable room.
Negatives: Children constantly playing in hallway and being noisy. Shower head too low.

The hotel was packed Friday night with teens, but it wasn't noisy. The food was great at Bennigan's! We will stay here again.
Positives: They were able to accommodate our room request.
Negatives: They ran out of pool towels two hours before the pool closed.

This hotel was good. I think I was getting bit by bed bugs and the other guest were outrageous and kept me and others up all night long. I have stayed here before and it was better except someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the night. Oh, and the manager was supposed to call us the next day to talk with us about our unhappiness and they never did.
Positives: Convenient.
Negatives: Loudness of other guests all night long.

A very nice hotel with friendly staff. Comfortable room with TV, refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker (complimentary coffee) allowed me to make the room my home for the time I was there.
Positives: Good location. Nice room amenities.
Negatives: Islands between parking and entrance had curbs. Hard to roll luggage over.

I checked in. The staff was pleasant. I slept for six hours and left. I didn't have an opportunity to use the facilities. The room was clean, and my stay was overall fine.
Positives: The proximity to Ferris State University made it an ideal place to stay
Negatives: My stay was very brief. I have nothing bad to report.

Nice place to stay, would definitely stay there again. Mattresses were too soft, but room was clean. Restaurant food was excellent.

I wouldn't stay here again. The room only had one lamp that worked when we let the daylight in the room in the morning, we better understood why. Bed springs were broken through the mattress cover.
Positives: Front desk clerk who checked us in was delightful. Friendly. She tried to get us a non-smoking room but one wasn't available.
Negatives: The room had the worst bed

This hotel is clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I felt valued as a guest.

This hotel was clean, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was quiet in the evening and comfortable with respect to temperature, lighting, etc. The convenience of having Bennigan's there was also a plus.

Overall very nice place, we were there for a hockey tournament. Kid friendly, very nice rooms, comfy beds great stay for two nights.
Positives: Conveniently located, clean, friendly staff, kid friendly.
Negatives: Hotel restaurant our group went for brunch, there was only 3 people in the place and hostess seemed upset we had 12 people, waited for seating for 10mi.
