I wouldn't stay at this hotel again, just because of the location and the cleanliness of the room. The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast had lots of choices. The location is what is a big draw back. While it is just across the highway from the shopping mall, the view from our room was an industrial park.
Positives: The breakfast had a variety and even better it was free.
Negatives: It was not a well lit area. The room was not cleaned very well prior to our stay.

This was a decent hotel. Clean, friendly, free breakfast and spacious room were all positives. Nice exercise room and large vanity in bathroom. A bit of a drive to the beach, next time we would pay a little more to be in South Haven, but this hotel was fine with plenty of eating choices and shopping nearby and close to the interstate.
Positives: It was clean and the room had a mini-fridge and microwave. Good free breakfast selection, and plenty of space in the room with the King bed and sofa.
Negatives: Window did not lock, hanger was used to prevent opening.
