I was thoroughly impressed by this hotel. A few minutes after settling in to my room, the front office called to ask if everything was OK in the room. I've stayed in high-end places that couldn't care less about what you thought. I was told at check-in that our room was short some towels and that they'd be brought right up. Housekeeping appeared within minutes with the towels. The breakfast was so much better than the typical continental breakfasts that other hotels offer. The manager was running all over the place making sure that everything was just right. I'll be back.
Positives: Customer service, comfortable bed, & great selection for breakfast.

Staff was more than helpful, rooms were clean and well cared for, very close to all amenities and only a few minutes from most facilities we needed. Our experience was very pleasant and, if by some reason we wind up in Battle creek again, this will be our first choice for accommodation.
Positives: Cleaning staff exceptionally friendly and efficient.
Negatives: King suite wasn't really a suite (i.e. separate rooms as implied in the hotel description. But still a lovely room.)

The general manager Greg Mahone is great, and really understands the needs of his customers. His customer service shines above any other hotel I have ever been to. I will stay at this hotel on future trips to Battle Creek because of him.
Positives: They swept the snow off of my car for me.
Negatives: Nothing, I was totally satisfied with the hotel.
