This hotel may look okay, but it is a mold pit, unhealthy. Could not breath in the room. AC did not work. The old woman at the front desk was very rude. Breakfast was good.

Requested a non-smoking room months in advance; room had a very strong odor of smoke. This hotel was not ADA compliance; had no ramps, automatic doors or elevators. Definitely will not recommend.
Positives: When allowed to utilize the pool, it was nice.
Negatives: Attitude of some hotel personnel; not being able to utilize the pool during the posted hours.

Goof location but hotel was setting up for ravens training camp and things were in a little disarray.

Nothing really wrong and nothing really great. A place to sleep for the night.

Negatives: Stay on the top floor you can follow the upstairs guest all across their room.

I like the location of the hotel. There are restaurants and a mall about 2 miles down the road. The staff was very nice and the free continent breakfast was good. The room's are old and run down a bit but the micro refrigerator-microwave combo was new.
Positives: The staff was very nice.

We had an overall good experience here, but we were a little disappointed with the lack of respect the other travelers teenagers had. It didn't seem like the hotel staff said anything to them.
Positives: The continental breakfast.
Negatives: The teenagers running up & down the halls late at night.

The advertised free Internet didn't work. When I called the front desk for help with the Internet the gentleman that answered was not helpful at help and not willing to help and rather rude. When I called the next day to talk to a manager, they tried to help fix it, but they were not able. Their computer tech came in for some other problems and they asked him to help me, but he was unable to do anything as well. I was there for work, I picked it due to the Internet and I was unable to do my job properly.
Positives: Most of the staff was nice and friendly.
Negatives: The advertised free Internet did not and they couldn't fix it.
