10 OUT OF 10 Beside the room door seams on several doors seem too have a huge gap in the frames. Also the renovations to the bathrooms literally have swallowed the space of the bathroom up. Bathrooms too small. Mattresses are way too soft; I asked for a replacement, I was told that all the beds are like that. .....

8 OUT OF 10 I enjoyed my ocean front room and the birds and koy in the atrium were very nice. Fresh fruit were available in the lobby free of charge it was very nice.
