A good hotel for those on business. The room had a large desk the length of the window that had cabinets for storage. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. Pool was only opened till 10a.m and closed for the day until evening. Bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

Positives: Bedding and pillows were very comfortable and loved the large flat screen TV.

Negatives: White bathroom floor was dirty. The reservation was for 4 and they only gave us 3 towels.

Friendly staff and great facilities. Nice weight room and swimming pool with life guard. Room was really spacious and clean.

Positives: The staff was great, internet and parking were easily available and complimentary.

Negatives: It was a bit out of the way from the airport, but this is where the hotel zone is.

Check-in staff was extremely friendly. Very nice modern room with large desk. I wish they provided coffee and tea at all times in the lobby - I grabbed a tea for myself in the morning after checking out then when upstairs to get our bags, when we came down to get one for my husband everything was put away.

Positives: Close to airport.

Negatives: Charge for Internet access in room.

This is not a great time for this industry and most hotels are not spending money upgrading or improving their image, this hotel is no exception. Carpets and walls could do with a careful shampoo and a fresh coat of paint. In the longer run, they could or should be changed to friendlier, happier colors.

Positives: The front desk staff mostly untrained and unhelpful, the rest of the staff seemed alright and worked hard.

Negatives: The front desk staff need to learn how to do their job. The rest of the staff though were really good.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The rooms are very spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. They have a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a very large desk, and great beds. The decor was modern and masculine. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant even though we booked through 'a third-party'.

Positives: Very clean, very nice rooms.

Negatives: Nothing!

Overall Pleasant, the lounge was nice to sit in, maybe should make more of a seperation from the entrance. Parking was available, however, you really needed to use the back entrance. The front entrance should be more user friendly to customers with their own vehicle as it was mainly for shuttle use. Understandable for the area though since 90 percent of customers probably use the Shuttle from the Airport. Rooms? There really are no complaints except maybe a little better house keeping. Looks like I spotted some love batter or snail trail on the coverlet. Otherwise not a bad experience. Really glad I got a good deal though.

Positives: The rooms were nicely updated.

Negatives: Basement smelled musty.

Overall, I was very comfortable with the stay. The room was very comfortable and clean. I was surprised that there weren't room service menus in the rooms or a map of the hotel services locating the amenities such as the pool and fitness center. The staff was wonderful, though. I would stay there again.

This hotel met my expectations. Easy to find from the airport and from my job destination.

If you are a business traveler, this hotel is probably sufficient enough, but I would not stay here ever again. The restaurant was awful. There was no running hot water the first night. The washer was broken. The pressure of shower was too low. I thought they would provide microwave on request, but they only had one microwave at the lobby next to the registration desk. This is the worst Sheraton I ever stayed.

Positives: The shuttle picked me up quickly.

Negatives: The pressure of the shower was way too weak.

It has a decent exterior, good lobby, decent pool and a gym, but the place that matters the most the rooms and the bathroom are crappy.

Loved it!

Positives: This hotel has great beds, great business services, and excellent customer service. I would recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is located in an area that allows easy and quick access to BWI Airport, Baltimore, Annapolis and Arundel Mills Mall. Its upscale furnishings are very comfortable and very appealing. The staff is very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I would stay there again and recommend others do so as well.

Positives: I really enjoyed the quality of the furnishings, the bedding and the upscale bathroom.

Negatives: The room doors closed rather loudly.

Our first room was bad. It had a loud heater fan. After the third complaint they put us in a nice suite at no additonal charge. That was great.

Positives: Complementary breakfast and horderves in the evening.

Negatives: They never vacuumed our room, even after we left a note for them to do so.

The floors were dirty, the carpet on the hallway was stained, the bathroom was dirty and this is a brand new hotel. Why don't they have the housekeepers keeping house? I saw them but I also saw their work. My bathroom had black spots on the floor and in the shower. Very unimpressed.

Positives: The bartender, when she got on duty was fabulous.

Negatives: For the money it was not worth it.

Very clean and well-maintained, room well-laid out and appointed for a business traveler. Quiet. A place to park other than the clearly marked fire lane while checking in would be nice. Front desk clerk could be little more friendly but was quick and effecient and gave me a nice room without any prodding.

Negatives: No check-in parking available.

This was a great hotel and deserved its rating. Very clean comfortable room. Location was ok. I did not know the area. I would definitely like to stay there again and would recommend it to any one. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Positives: Beautiful room. Very comfortable bed.

Negatives: Small lobby. Tile in bathroom needed cleaning. Pool closed at 10:00. Prefer it would be open all night.
