Previously nice, clean hotel in good location getting old and dirty.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Carpet in rooms clearly not vacuumed regularly.

It was a nice hotel. The room was a little small but we didn't spend much time in there. You had to have a shower really really fast or you would run out of hot water. The pool was nice and not very busy. The fitness room was empty. We were next to the meeting room so on Sunday morning you heard everyone singing.

Positives: It was close to everything.

Negatives: Kept running out of hot water.
