Hotel was an excellent value. In fact still not sure why rate was only $67. I am sure similar hotels in Metro Baltimore would go for at least $80. Room was clean, seemed to have been renovated with in past few years. Nice spread for the complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly. Easy commute (at least on weekends when we were there) to downtown Baltimore. Only drawback was accessibility was somewhat difficult.
Positives: Room was clean and well maintained.
Negatives: Located on fairly busy highway with difficult access.

I stayed at the Baltimore Hampton Convention Hotel or whatever it was called. Maintenance manager, a women helper was rude to me and my family. I told them that the toilet ran all day and night; the air conditioner would stop and run warm instead of cool air. I was told it was us changing the settings, it was 100 degrees outside, why would we need more heat? I would highly recommend the staff to have hospitality Classes.

My wife and me have been coming to the Boston VS the Orioles games for about 3 years, staying at the Camden yards Hampton. Things have really changed. There seems to be a new general manager a blonde person women who have no consideration for us guests. I was not happy with the check in and out procedure, too much friction to even get a phone to work, and the toilet that ran all night. I assume the Maintenance staff was on strike?

Negatives: Hotel has changed.

Today is Wed the 7th of April. I tried to reserve a room for 2. The Manager told me a tall blond dingy looking, that they only had 10 rooms left. I asked if they were paid for yet. I was told in a mildly nasty manner it was none of my business. I feel if the rooms were not paid for in advance they should be for sale.
Positives: I did get a room at the Hilton, a little pricer but that's fine.
Negatives: I did get to see a bad staff first hand.

Bar right next to hotel, people were not nice. I had my son and daughter, we thought the Hampton Inn Baltimore was a well respected Hotel for families. Not. Easter is a time not for cruising.
