The location is good for traveling through Delmarva landmarks. Our room needed the ceiling wallpaper repaired and a timely cleaning. We were gone for 10 hours during the day without the room being cleaned. If the policy is to request housekeeping for service, it should be noted somewhere, somehow.
Positives: The location is good for Delmarva.
Negatives: Housekeeping did not clean room.

Excellent for the money, would stay at again.
Positives: Clean rooms, comfortable bed with extra pillows, and a good breakfast.
Negatives: Needs to provide better fruit at breakfast, bananas were in poor shape.

Pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel. Looks like it was recently renovated. Towels were plush. Free breakfast was decent with bagels, eggs, cereal, hot grits.
Positives: Better than expected for 2.5 star.
Negatives: No storage for luggage.

Nice and clean hotel. Comfortable beds. Free continental breakfast was OK. Would have liked a waffle maker. All in all we were satisfied with our stay. Would definitely return when in the area again.
Positives: Good location to places we were going.
Negatives: The shower head needed to be replaced - old.

I would recommend this hotel to any one looking for a good stay very quiet and friendly.

My husband was not thrilled when I told him we were staying at a HIEX. But he was surprised. The room was quite large, nicely furnished. Everything was in working order. The room was clean, plenty of towels etc. There were adolescent boys on our floor and they were running through the corridor and yelling. When I asked them to be quiet the young man apologized but then referred to me in a derogatory manor in the elevator in which my husband was in. When my husband returned to the room, and I told him about the kids, he told me what he had heard. My husband spoke to the manager and it was taken care of promptly. In fact, the coach for the boys wanted to bring the young man to our room to apologize, but we were already for sleep. The breakfast was excellent. Hot omelets, cream dried beef, light fluffy biscuits, sausage and French toast, plus cereal, yogurt, milk, pastries, coffee, juice and tea. We would not hesitate to stay there again!
Positives: I liked the way they handled the rowdy males that were noisy and rude.
Negatives: There was no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel is new and nice. There are better deals in the area but we will come back here. The maids ignored the Do Not Disturb placard and disturbed us which were the only negative thing we found.
