I will never stay at a Hilton hotel after how they treated my business partner and me. You are simply a second class citizen and it isn't worth the savings to get to a hotel after traveling 2000 miles and find there is no room. We waited 45 minutes to check in - there was NO hotel staff on the reception desk for almost 20 minutes. I've been traveling for 30 years and have never been treated this badly or with little respect.
Positives: Nothing. The hotel staff were awful.
Negatives: Staff, business ethics.

Beautiful hotel and well maintained. Friendly & cooperative staff.
Positives: The bell hops & parking attendants were very nice & friendly.
Negatives: Didn't like having to pay for Internet and using credit card to purchase soda from vending machine.

The hotel was in a nice location, the lobby and room was clean. Valet service and bellmen were exceptional. The desk staff need to be available. Parking is very expensive but that is at every hotel.
Positives: The valet parking attendants and bellmen were excellent.
Negatives: Front desk rarely picked up phone, requires multiple attempts to reach someone. Not a four star hotel compared to others I have frequented.

Excellent service and well appointed rooms. View of stadium was outstanding.
Positives: Excellent service and great location.
Negatives: None.

After spending 10 days in different hotels in different cities this was the more expensively priced hotel. Therefore, I expected internet access for the price I paid for the room. Cheaper hotels had a complimentary newspaper, breakfast and some sort of work out room. The lobby was not staffed up and not very inviting. On the plus side, the room was luxurious and the hotel staff was knowledgeable about the area and the gym was great. We were also able to get additional shampoo and conditioner.
Positives: Excellent gym facility. Very friendly and helpful staff. Located by Orioles ballpark. Close to marina and aquarium.
Negatives: Internet access was not included in price & wanted $11 for internet. Had to use Business Center on second floor to print.

Overall, the hotel was as expected. I have stayed in nicer hotels with friendlier service and better working elevators.
Positives: The location was convenient and had all the amenities I wanted.
Negatives: I had requested a room with a ballpark view and did not get one. The staff member did not seem to care or try to accommodate me with a different room.

Hotel was very nice restaurant food was the worst i've ever had.
Positives: Modern, clean, seems to have been recently updated.
Negatives: Was about 4 blocks from the actual harbor so it was a bit of a walk to the restraunts and attractions.

Great deal and centrally located.
Positives: View from hotel of downtown Baltimore at night.
Negatives: The phone in the bedroom did not work.

Very satisfied with the room and service we received at the hotel. I've been suspicious as though I would receive the "crappy" room(s) when checking into hotels. So far, I've been pleasantly surprised and only use Priceline when making reservations/planning family trips. It's very economical and a great way to save.
Positives: Hotel was very clean. Comfortable bedding, ample space in room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Negatives: My husband was upset that he was not allowed to use the luggage cart without assistance from the bellhop.

I'm a very picky person and notice every detail. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I told the manager, the hotel and staff are just like the Ritz Carlton. The manager replied thank you. I now love Priceline!
Positives: The level of service was amazing, from valet, bell, management, cleaning, bar, food quality 5 star.
Negatives: The valet was a extra cost of $36.00 per day. Although the valet service was amazing.

The hotel was nothing special. It was classified as being in the inner harbor and when I called to see where on the inner harbor it was located, they informed me that they were right on the water. When I got there it was a good 5 blocks from the harbor. This hotel should be considered downtown. It was not worth the money. Even at a discounted price. Hyatt was so much better.
Positives: Underground parking.
Negatives: The distance from the inner harbor, when it is classified as an inner harbor hotel.

Beautiful upscale hotel near Inner Harbor attractions.
Positives: All employees treated us like royalty.
Negatives: Parking fee. Prefer they would comp or discount hotel guests.

Very nice stay and the staff was helpful and polite. Typical Hilton decor, tasteful and higher end but not unique. Short walk to the waterfront. Breakfast room service was excellent. I would stay here again.
Positives: The location was fantastic and the hotel was very clean.
Negatives: The valet parking was managed by the garage not the hotel. Valet could not be charged to the room.

This is a nice hotel for a business traveler or for someone attending a baseball game at Camden Yards. It however is not a "quick service" hotel. Breakfast service was very slow, and getting in and out of the hotel (with a car) and the surrounding streets was a time-consuming process.
Positives: The gym looks directly into the open part of Camden Yards.
Negatives: Had to walk outside to get to the building where breakfast was served.

I had a nice experience at this hotel, although my stay was brief.
Positives: Convenient location, spotless, and nice amenities.
Negatives: Parking is expensive, and no coffee in the lobby.

The hotel was nice, clean and modern, it catered well to the business traveler that I was. I would recommend the hotel and priceline again. Where I think the Hotel lacks is in food service and a good understanding of local fair. The recommendations for places to eat by the hotel staff were weak at best, the recommended pub/bar food as the best options near the hotel. The hotel had only one restaurant and it was ok at best.
Positives: It was clean and the price was ok.
Negatives: Not a lot around the hotel they charge for internet.

A+ One of the best hotels we ever stayed at. My spouse and I love to swim and work-out while traveling, and this had the cleanest pool and hot tub we ever saw in a hotel. Also a super exercise room with all the latest equipment (and a view from the Treadmills of the whole baseball park at Camden Yards from the exercise room). Cant beat that. I liked that these amenities were open till 10 at night - which is great for business travelers. Clean rooms, nice restaurant on site too.
Positives: Great Location (next to Camden Yards, M&T Stadium, great restaurants, downtown Baltimore).
Negatives: Nothing was disappointing. A good hotel experience.

I would avoid staying at this hotel. I travel frequently to the area and now know to cross the Hilton off the the list of possible accommodations.
Positives: The lobby felt secure. Thankfully.
Negatives: Most everything else. Tiny bathroom. Small sleeping accommodations. Unable to drop the room heat below sweltering. Shady area.

This hotel did not meet my expectations. The bathtub would not drain when you took a shower; therefore you were showering in water past your ankles. You had to wait 20 minutes for the water to drain before the next person could take a shower. I had researched the Baltimore area for hotels that were offering a big UFC fight. I was told this Hilton did (thus the only reason we stayed here). The night of the fight the system would not let my husband order the fight. The hotel had service personal in our room on two occasions, trying to fix the TV for over two hours. Ten minutes before the fight was to be over they told us the system was down and there was nothing they could do about it. I feel I paid for a service I never received. I would never recommend this hotel; especially to a family with young children.
Positives: Bed was comfortable.
Negatives: Shower did not drain.

A great, clean state of the art facility, located directly in the action filled area by the waterfront, Camden Yard, and the other downtown attractions.
Positives: Locations to waterfront, stadiums and bars.
Negatives: Hotel parking was expensive for Baltimore.

Convenient, friendly, lovely room and very accommodating to any specific requests, such as for a room with two doubles, or that my husband and son, who I was meeting, could check into my room before I arrived.
Positives: Great health club, very accommodating.
Negatives: There was nothing I didn't like.

My whole experience was great. The room had a great view of the inner harbor. The staff was very helpful with any questions that we had. The room was spacious and the bed provided me with the best night's sleep I had had in a very long time. The room was clean and chic. All the extras can get pretty pricey though, such as parking, wifi, and room service.
Positives: The room was clean, comfortable, convenient, and chic.
Negatives: No free wi-fi or breakfast.

Hotel not really a 4 star. Amenities were disappointing.
Positives: Very clean.

This was actually one of the best hotels stays my wife and I ever had. The bedding was comfortable, the color scheme was beautiful, the room-service staff were friendly, the food was awesome at the Diamond Tavern (quite a surprise), the hotel was clean, and hotel was in a great location to visit the Harbor.
Positives: Color scheme.
Negatives: Exiting the garage.

Have stayed here a number of times for business and pleasure. Great location for baseball fans. Staff was very friendly and efficient as usual and room clean and comfortable. Breakfast service in restaurant still a little sketchy but huge improvement in dinner service. Manager was very friendly and seemed to really care about customer satisfaction. Nice to see a great hotel continue to improve.
Positives: Clean and comfortable rooms.
Negatives: Parking fee costly.

Hotel offers quick check-in and check-out<BR/>which was great due to long lines at the front desk. Unbelievable view of Oriole Park at Camden Yards (baseball stadium).
Positives: Overall cleanliness and location to baseball stadium.
Negatives: No refreshment center in rooms, just coffee maker.

Very nice, clean, and safe hotel. Staff should be more pleasant to deal with. I did not feel as welcomed at this 5-star hotel.
Positives: Clean, comfortable, and safe.
Negatives: One staff was not pleasant and friendly.

The hotel had a very clean presentation upon arrival, with a nicely appointed lobby. The front desk was understaffed. We had to wait ten minutes to check in because there was only one person staffing the front desk at 7pm on Sunday. Perhaps this is a low volume time for the hotel, but that doesn't excuse such a delay at a 4-star hotel. The room was nicely appointed as well, with a comfortable bed, pleasantly decorated bathroom and a large flat-screen TV. Our issues with the room cleanliness included: bed linens with holes worn through them, towels with food caked on them.
Positives: Convenient to the city.
Negatives: Overnight self-parking of $26 was ridiculously expensive.

Very nice high-rise hotel walking distance to inner harbor, immediately adjacent to Camden Yards baseball stadium, modern, well maintained, attractive rooms, large flat screen TV's with HD enjoyed watching Winter Olympics in HD. Good breakfast buffet, but $18 per person, nice staff at restaurant. Parking is very convenient in garage below hotel, hotel charges $26 per night for self parking, with in-and-out privileges (valet parking is $36).

The hotel and rooms were lovely. I asked for harbor view so I could see the fireworks. I was facing the baseball field. I called and let the front desk know and they said we didn't have anymore harbor view with a king bed. And you'll get whatever room is leftover. We left the parking lot to eat and paid 18 dollars. When we returned, the parking attendant said we wouldn't come into the parking lot without a parking pass. We didn't have one. So after showing her both room keys she allowed us entry. At check out we found out a parking pass would have allowed us in and out parking access instead of paying each time.
Positives: The rooms and lobby is very nice and beautiful.
Negatives: The staff
