It fit our needs for a place to stay for the night prior to our flight departure. It would not be a place that I would want to stay for an extended vacation.

Positives: It was very close to the airport. The desk clerk provided us with easy directions for getting to BWI.

Negatives: Seemed a little stark to me. No free breakfast provided. No close shopping areas.

The Baltimore is an excellent hotel. Conveniently located near the airport and not to far from the major attractions (DC, Inner Harbor, etc.) Staff was friendly and efficient. Fitness room was great and from what I could tell, the pool was nice also (did not use).

Positives: Very clean and modern. Location was very convenient. Great hotel for the price paid.

Negatives: No free WiFi and the cost was outrageous ($13 per day).

Great spot, comfortable bed, great brunch downstairs.

Positives: comfort of the bed was great, especially after arriving after a hectic trip to Baltimore.

Negatives: Lighting in the room and bathroom was very limited. No vent in the bathroom for shower.

Although it was a very brief stay, I truly enjoyed the Westin at BWI. The lobby and furnishings in the room were understated, but lovely. Everything was pristinely clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. A very good quality hotel.

Positives: Lovely modern furnishings.

Negatives: They charge $3 for a soda.

I checked out of my hotel room from remote at 9 am on my last day after asking for a 1 pm check out. It was because I was not in Baltimore anymore, and more importantly, because the snow caused the hotel to have no space for others. The nervous gentlemen on the phone told me he would take care of me later (that was unnecessary, but appreciated, hope he remembers to follow up).

Positives: The bus driver moved vehicle so it was not blocking me from using canopy, and it only took his 3 seconds to do so without being asked. Impressive.

Negatives: The bartender was rude at 11:46 pm on one of my night stays, everyone already knew she had an bad attitude without me telling them of my experience.

Looks like new everywhere. Very well maintained. Excellent exercise facilities. Room is extremely comfortable, with Starbucks coffee in-room and a very large bathroom. This is the way to travel. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is as good as any 4-star hotel I have visited. This is a much better value than the 30-40 year old hotels only 1/2 mile away.

Positives: The open reception counters (very personal) and the Lobby Bar (great bar tender). This place looks magnificent!

Negatives: Nothing I didn't like about this hotel.

This hotel was flawless in customer service. They went out of their way to be sure that everything was perfect.

Positives: Excellent customer service.

Negatives: Empty coffee cups and water bottles on planters outside. No garbage can available.

Enjoyed the hotel, the staff was very helpful. The room was beautiful and had everything we needed. The food seemed over priced.

Positives: The room was very comfortable, especially liked the bathroom.

Negatives: There was no refrigerator in the room only a minibar.

This hotel is a great value for business or leisure travelers flying out of BWI. The Westin heavenly bed is more than just a tag line. Unlike many hotels, Westin doesn't neglect the bath experience, either: water pressure was outstanding and my shower came equipped with dual shower heads. I was disappointed that there was an additional $10 daily charge for Wi-Fi, when so many business-class hotels in this area provide it for free, but was pleasantly surprised to see that the hotel restaurant/bar was open late.

Positives: The bed and shower were outstanding, as Westin always is.

Negatives: Additional charge for Wi-Fi? Unfortunate.

Positives: Clean, beautiful, peaceful and

Negatives: Swimming pool was not open during the day, seems odd.

Good service, nice public spaces, the restaurant was terrible. It took an hour to get our food, and they brought the soup twice. The table next to us also received late and cold food. My hamburger was underdone (I ordered medium and it was raw in the middle and bloody). The sliders were good.

Positives: Rooms.

Negatives: Restaurant was terrible, wrong food, took a long time, hamburger raw.

This hotel is only 10 months old and everything is sparkling new. Staff was wiling to print off my airport boarding pass and have it ready when I checked out. Shuttle to airport was on time. I would definitely recommend it to others.

Positives: Comfortable bed, beautiful linens everything brand new.

Negatives: Took a long time for hot water in the bath tub.

Very nice rooms, execellent workout facilities. The fitness room is open 24 hours and there are a lot of options. Treadmills, ellipticals, steppers, bikes, nautilus machines and the reebok core workout gear. The beds were super comfortable and I slept better than if I were at home!!!!

Positives: Top notch fitness room and pool

Negatives: The hot tub was not working

Negatives: out of way.

Two fire alarms (2:26 am and 3:25 am) and no recognition, let alone apology. Restaurant breakfast far too expensive and it took 20 minutes to be served pancakes and a bagel. It appeared to be less than one-half occupied, so it's clearly not ready for guests.

Positives: Location, name

Negatives: Still in 'shakeown' mode

Beautifully appointed property. We were guests in the middle of winter but they also have significant resort amenities that would appeal to the summer traveler. We even got a chance to meet the owner who is very involved with making sure that customers receive the highest level of service and that their entire stay is more than satisfactory.

Positives: It is a brand new property, beautifully appointed. Very accomodating staff, even if they were still new to their positions.

Negatives: Brand new property still working out soem of the kinks with in-room service. We arrived very late and didn't have many options

Clean hotel, nothg much to saty. Can rank this one 3* instead of current rating as 4*

Positives: Clean, Very Clean. It interior design (Attractiveness) is not really rich for a 4 star hotel.

Negatives: One staff was little abrasive, the Room service staff is great.
