Clean and convenient! The furnishings are unremarkable and the room is a little small, but more than adequate for those who want a place to stay the night before an early flight. Friendly, helpful staff. If driving, we highly recommend leaving your car and using their shuttle service.

Positives: Unbelievably convenient to get back and forth to the airport using shuttle. Cheap long term parking!

Negatives: Strangely, the tankless toilets in the rooms were very low-brow industrial. (think public toilets)

If you are visiting Baltimore and either flying or driving in this hotel with worth your consideration. You would not realize you are next to the airport when you are in the hotel. The outside pool is great for the kids when the weather is good. Local restaurants are easily accessed with your car.

Positives: Very reasonable hotel with an excellent location and good rooms.

Negatives: This is an older hotel and the hallways and other public areas show it.

Great hotel for easy access to airport or train. Excellent transportation service. Lovely outdoor pool and patio, unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for us to use it. Restaurant was great because it had moderately priced meals like burgers and pizza to some wonderful upscale choices. Service throughout hotel was very good. We were thrilled with this Priceline hotel. It fit our needs perfectly for a hotel to go back and forth to Washington DC without having to pay DC prices.

Positives: Excellent transportation service. Helpful front desk. Quiet room. Great bedding.

Negatives: Not a great view from our room - very small window.

Good room and friendly people, but only two floors. I booked because it's inside the airport, but you still need to take the shuttle bus to the airport. so comparing to other 3.5 stars-hotels near the airport, which provide shuttle services as well, I'd rather choose them. It's a nice hotel, 30 years old I believe.

The hotel was lovely, but a little too close to the airport noise. The location may be great for some travelers though.

The room assigned to me had obviously just been redecorated because the night table light on the wall had not yet been plugged in. The plug was behind the huge headboard. Maintenance came and plugged it in, making the comment that the "inspectors" should have caught that. Then I discovered that the clock was plugged in the socket connected with the switch by the door, instead of the light. I reset the clock every evening when I returned to the room.

Negatives: Poor lighting in room, inconvenient entrance.

Unless you are coming in on a flight, this hotel is very difficult to get to. Once you find your way in, it takes as long to get to your room as it did to drive to the hotel. It is a very old building, with hallways much like a maze. With one elevator, it was almost creepy trying to find the room. Once in the room, it was nice. Just getting there was a royal pain!

Positives: Nice rooms, lots of big plush pillows.

Negatives: Lay out and location!

Hotel is located on-site at BI. It is super handy if you have a late flight and want to be able to get to your hotel quickly. The hotel is neat and clean. The bed was very comfortable. Rooms appear to have been recently remodeled and have an "upscale" appearance. On-site restaurant offers a full breakfast.

The hotel is convenient to the airport and the room is adequate. However, the rooms at the Sheraton BWI are more comfortable, brighter, and cost less than the Four Points Sheraton BWI. Unless I'm in a real hurry, in future I will stay at the Sheraton BWI instead.

Positives: Proximity to BWI Airport.

Negatives: Not as nice as the Sheraton BWI, which was cheaper.

However, it was raining the day I checked in. The front entrance was slippery and there was no designated parking for check-in. Room service was fast and precise. The food was excellent and creative. I did find it confusing to get into the entrance of the hotel. A better placed sign would be helpful. I found the entrance dwarfed by the parking lot sign.

Positives: Convenient for my office, very clean, bed was comfortable, room service was fast and the food was excellent.

Negatives: The lighting in the room - terrible.

Came to this hotel more than a year ago and it was not acceptable. Room was smoky, unclean, etc. I was pleasantly surprised at the renovations, and the improvements. Staff was always great though!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Excellent overall. Great service, Neat and clean rooms, quite and refreshing atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again and recommend as well.

Located close to the airport and local highways. Very convenient for business travel. The restaurant offers quality meals at affordable prices and excellent service.

The hotel staff recommended an excellent restaurant on the first evening that we arrived. There was a nice restaurant. Even though I did not dine there, I got extra cream and sugar from the hostess when I was brewing coffee in my room. Everyone was friendly and the location seemed safe and secure. It is convenient to the airport.

Positives: I liked the proximity to the airport and the staff was friendly.

Negatives: The upkeep of the room. The door was hard to open at times. Also, flights were not displayed during departure.

From the very moment you are picked up at either BWI or the Marc/Amtrak, you are treated to the most friendly, helpful, and accommodating staff you are likely to experience at a hotel under 5 stars. Prepare to be literally treated as if you were the only guests they had to help! The 4 vehicle 24/7 shuttle to the airport and train stations is always at your quick disposal and manned with drivers who you would swear are your private chauffeurs! The hotel it self was immaculate 24/7. The rooms were well adorned and maintained. Some rooms were a bit cramped for space, but still acceptable. Housekeeping staff were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. A small but well stocked needs shop is just off the lobby. Just try to cross the front desk area without being hailed by staff to see if you need anything, or even to be wished well! The only drawbacks we could find is that the pool could use some expanded hours, and the hotel itself is not within walking distance of any points of interests. If you do not have a vehicle, your options are limited to BWI Airport / Light rail train, or the Marc/Amtrak station.

Positives: The staff, particularly management and (especially) the shuttle drivers, were magnificently friendly and service oriented!

Negatives: It was not within easy walking distance to anything usable (i.e. convenience stores).
