This was a 5 star hotel that had way too much going on. Multiple weddings were very noisy, and congested the lobby, hallways and elevators. A problem with our room received multiple apologies, but no timely resolution (it took 3 tries). Though they did make amends with complimentary room service, I spent half the day feeling frustrated.

Positives: Room service's bread pudding was very good.

Negatives: Broken glass and dirty socks in our room from previous guest. Took 3 calls to front desk to resolve.

This is my second time at this hotel, mainly because my first experience was so good. Your stay starts off on the right foot with the helpful friendly staff upon check in. The room is very clean and updated. A group of us went for the Yankees/Orioles game, and the hotel is only a few blocks away and a short walk.

Positives: Very clean, Close to inner harbor and attractions, friendly/helpful staff.

Negatives: None.

Terrific hotel, great location. Lobby is a little dark, functional but still quite nice.

Positives: Courteous helpful staff, great location.

Negatives: Parking is expensive but it is throughout the city, so not the hotel's fault.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, and the rooms are clean and very very nice. Free wi-fi or premium TV channels would be nice -- you get the feeling that they figure if you can afford the hotel, you can pay even more for any amenities. The hotel staff is very professional.

Positives: Location! Also, staff very accommodating when I had to change from king to double-queen after check-in due to family emergency..

Negatives: No free wi-fi or free "business center" internet connection.

Really nice decor. but everything is ala carte. Services that are free at most lower level hotels were charged for. you could not even use a computer in the business center without paying for it!

Positives: Nice decor.

Negatives: Charged for business computer use.

They charge $12.95 per Mac address per day. We had 3 laptops, 1 tablet and 1 iPod touch and could only use 1 device on any day without getting double charged.

Positives: it was convenient and comfortable

Negatives: the internet pricing was unfair and unreasonable and the staff was rude about it

We enjoyed the hotel and loved the inner harbor area with all the shops and restaurants. We also had a good time visiting Fort McHenry for the history of the area.

Positives: Beautiful appointments and walking distance to inner harbor.

Negatives: Depending on where your room was,it was a very long walk to the elevator.

The hotel location was great, the staff needs some more polish, for example they didn't mention the parking garage or local sights until you inquired about them. They didn't suggest their restaurant or menu. The doorman was better than the rest of the staff. They didn't communicate your departure with the cleaning staff. But it was refurbished and nice.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Charged $13 / day for Wi-Fi!

The view from the room was exceptional. It overlooked the harbor. The room was very loud if you had a harbor view. It is located right on a busy street and on the corner of a major intersection.

Great location with a great view. Rooms are spacious and clean. I was able to walk from the lobby right into the mall. Great dining all around within walking distance. The only thing I could recommend to the hotel manager would be to discount parking for visiting guests.

The best hotel we've stayed in by far. The beds were very comfortable, slept very well. The shower was the best ever at a hotel. The problems incurred were: refrigerator didn't work, our deli meats went bad. Also, unable to switch rooms to a floor where there were no children. Children were running up and down halls all day and night, crying, screaming, playing, slamming doors, etc.

<BR/>

Positives: Comfortable beds &amp; excellent shower.

Negatives: Unable to stay another night and expensive parking.

The only problem I had this time is that the hotel lost my breakfast order, and I was given breakfast after 12:30 PM. The lateness made me leave later than planned.

Hotel was excellent, the automated garage checkout was screwed up! The 3 days parking, when I tried to exit the garage, an additional $48 was charged! I had to spend almost an hour to clear it up, going up to the desk clerk to get a new voucher to clear my car at the gate.

Positives: Convenient (to convention center), comfortable.

Negatives: Lobby bar closed Friday eve. Had trouble getting car out of lot-overcharged.
