Great for the price paid! Very comfortable beds.
Positives: Close to where my conference was being held. Sleep number beds.
Negatives: Some areas of the hotel shows age and wear in wallpaper, etc.

I like this hotel in general, and have stayed there many times. The night staff is friendly and helpful. (Once I left my phone charger, and they kept it for me). It has very nice rooms with windows which open from the inside. Refrigerators and microwaves are in some rooms, which I saw from the hallway. Unfortunately I got a small room with older bedding (I had requested no "Sleep Number" bedding). The bed itself was comfortable, but the headboard was loose.
Positives: Friendly night desk staff. Free morning coffee in lobby. Gated for security at night.
Negatives: Room rug had odor. Plumbing drains slow in tub and made noises at night. Headboard loose.

Despite finding two roaches, the hotel is quite clean and comfortable. The heat/air conditioning could be improved on. We had two adjoining rooms; the air conditioning in one room could not be turned off-stayed cold. There were notices in each room that space heaters would be available during winter and during summer the windows can be opened!
Positives: Great location equi-distant from most Baltimore destinations.
Negatives: Found 2 roaches.

Hotel is set in a beautiful park like setting with restaurants nearby. Generally a pleasant stay - far better that some reviews might suggest. Hotel has outdated decor and HVAC system but not displeasing.
Positives: Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful.
Negatives: Hotel is slightly outdated, but renovations are coming.

The staff was helpful in offering to transfer our reservation to a different hotel since they had a water main break. Unfortunately, the one they sent us to wasn't as nice as a Radisson Hotel.
Positives: The lobby was fine, but that's all the farther we got.
Negatives: Since there was a water main break, we weren't able to stay there.

This Radisson is a quiet hotel with larger rooms. Even though we were in a room with two-beds, there was plenty of space to move around. The decor was country style. Hotel still has older TV (not flat screen).
Positives: Quiet hotel in a shopping center.
Negatives: Remote controls for Sleep Number beds did not work.

Negatives: Rollaway bed was terrible.

This is a beautiful hotel with all the comforts of home and more. The location is excellent, easy to park, and makes one feel pampered.

Negatives: There is nothing I can complain about.

The hotel was nice but not worth 3 stars. The rooms were cold and no heat unless it's 50 degrees or below (we are from Ohio so we like it warm a bit). We booked 3 rooms for 2 days. We had breakfast and dinner (we were a party of 12) and both times the service was poor. It took over an hour to be served both times and it wasn't many people in the lounge. I don't mind paying the 18% but, you have to give good service. We had to keep asking for more drinks, bread and the cook forgot to cook one of the dishes.
Positives: The way the hotel was next to shops, spas and other things of interest.
Negatives: The windows wouldn't close completely and the food services was poor.

This hotel was clean and the room was very nice. It was definitely worth the price I bid. The wireless internet service was hassle-free and the furnishings in the room were new. I would definitely come back to the Baltimore Radisson again.
Positives: This hotel was in a very nice part of town.
Negatives: There was nothing I didn't like.

Hotel was generally in excellent condition and conveniently located next to a shopping area.
Positives: Convenient location, clean and well-maintained.
Negatives: Exercise room was poorly ventilated.

Convenient to Baltimore but away from city enough to relax. Has the feel of a mountain retreat. Small upscale outdoor shopping mall attached. Has been updated recently but still shows a little wear and lack of maintenance. Lovely hotel to stay at.
Positives: Unique retreat atmosphere convenient to city.
Negatives: Slightly worn and dated in public spaces, garage, elevators.

Nice friendly hotel located in a woodsy, outdoor shopping plaza with upscale shops. Rooms are simply, but nicely appointed. 4th floor rooms have cathedral ceilings and sleep number beds. Indoor garage parking is included at no additional cost. Outdoor pool is lovely. Menu looks good!
Positives: The residential location close to my kids. This is the third time I've stayed there.
Negatives: The elevators.

The staff were fantastic, the entrance was very nice and the room was more than I expected. Location was super with easy on and off highway, yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Would and will stay there again.
Positives: The way the room was presented-beautiful.
Negatives: Noise of other guest.

It was terrible. Really let us down.
Positives: Decent stores in the same location.
Negatives: Horrible! Older, worn, poorly kept.

The hotel met my expectations. In my next purchase I'm planning to upgrade to a 4 Star.

Negatives: No continental breakfast.

I think that this a great, comfortable, and convenient hotel. I stay here to visit my son who is a local college nearby. I can visit him and then drive to the area attractions too. The free parking that they offer is such a big plus! I highly recommend this hotel.
Positives: It is very clean and accommodating. Very convenient to the necessary locations.
Negatives: I think they just need to update the bathrooms, such as the shower curtains and bathtub area being very confined.
Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 04 Jan 2008 rated 5 out of 10.
The hotel is need of some upgrading. It is not like other three star hotels. The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom is average. But - for the price in Baltimore, it cannot be beat if you do not want thrills.
Positives: The price for Baltimore is not bad.
Negatives: The bed was not comfortable - the overall hotel needs some updating. Nothing special.

When ever you asked the staff for anything they seemed to not know or care to find out, the room was way to hot, you couldn't use air-conditioning if the heat was on and it was over 90 in the room, when you tried to buy a movie you had to call the front desk 2-3 before you could view it, this hotel needs a better system and a more helpful and informed staff, it is no way a 3 star hotel, I would never stay in it again or recommend it. I felt like I wasted my money as it wasn't pleasurable at all.
Positives: An older woman at the desk at night tried to help us.
Negatives: The Staff were very lax, it was 90 in the room, and we didn't sleep at all.
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 04 Dec 2007 rated 8 out of 10.
OK but not really "upscale".
Positives: Free parking.
Negatives: Slow front desk; noise from connecting room; damaged rug.

Radisson at cross keys served our needs well for a sports team competing in a nearby tournament. Very friendly staff answered our questions and met our expectations.
Positives: Easy access to freeways; in a quiet area; parking excellent.
Negatives: There was a mouse in our room; surrounding shops very high priced.

Select comfort bed was a disappointment. Give me a good Westin bed anytime.
Positives: Build reflected very high quality for its day. Time has taken its toll.
Negatives: Old style ac/heat didn't allow us to cool room to our liking.

Positives: Beautiful location and setting.
