Location was great, very convenient for our visit to Towson University. Lovely hotel. Having the entry to the hotel in a protected courtyard is a very nice touch. The Koi pond in the courtyard lends to the upscale appeal of this great place to stay. Rooms very nice, hallways bright and fresh. Lobby very inviting to sit and welcome guests.
Positives: Location was great, very convenient for our visit to Towson University. Lovely hotel.
Negatives: Cannot do - we liked it all.

Rooms spacious and very clean, very quiet, free parking, excellent location for my needs, Internet problematic in the evening, but technician was working on it, my only complaint is the smell of the free shampoo, conditioner and soap.
Positives: Very quiet, excellent for what I needed it for.
Negatives: Outlets loose, Internet problematic.

This is a 1970's era Sheraton that has not been kept up. Rooms are not clean (dust/dirt covered baseboards), room air conditioning too hot or cold as thermostats that did not work.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: Tired facility, AC too hot or too cold

The hotel was nice, but I'm not sure how it was different from a 3 star (it was a 3 1/2). The amenities were nice, and the staff helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Positives: The location and amenities were great.
Negatives: Didn't have a refrigerator.

These are large rooms with great beds. The hotel is attached by a skywalk to the Towson Town Center, an upscale mall. Plenty of free parking.
Positives: Free parking and proximity to shopping mall.
Negatives: The walls are quite thin and you can hear someone sneezing or coughing in the next room.

We've been here before, generally with good results, this time the place was not near expectations, especially for the price, which is the most we've ever paid for this hotel. The door handle was installed upside down, but I had to go back to the desk to be told, when I did open the door I banged my knuckle, there were crumbs on the floor from a previous guest and the tub drained very slowly, it's nice to stand in dirty water while showering. When checking out I told the desk person, but it appeared he was disinterested.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Tub was clogged, crumbs on the floor, door handle opened up.

I really liked the room itself and the hotel as a whole including the location. However, when I called the front desk about the computer, they were not helpful. They forwarded me to a computer service where I was put on hold for more than 30 minutes and finally gave up. This happened twice so I was never able to connect in my room. I did use the lobby links for a short period of time and was able to print out which was nice. I called the front desk about the ice machine putting out brown and pick ice which also had other debris in it. They said it was being worked on, but it never worked for the two days I stayed there. Everything else worked well.
Positives: I liked the overall facility and the room itself -- clean and refreshing.
Negatives: Twice I called the front desk about the internet in my room; it never worked properly.

The rooms in this hotel were well furnished, well lit and spacious. There was ample storage, a beautiful bathroom, and everything seemed new. It was clean and comfortable and well lit. Breakfast is not included with the room, and while we ate in the hotel's restaurant, we would not do so again as we found the restaurant to be nothing special, and way too expensive. The staff however was helpful and friendly.
Positives: Beautiful room, well equipped, clean.
Negatives: The breakfast was too expensive.

Courteous and professional staff. Clean rooms. Safe neighborhood.
Positives: Location, location, location. This hotel is next to Towson mall. Across the street from supermarket and restaurants.
Negatives: nothing

Great hotel except for the false fire alarm at 2AM. This was not due to any fault of the hotel though. Overall, a very nice stay.
Positives: Flat screen TV, wireless worked well.
Negatives: Logging in to internet every 45 minutes.

Very clean and attractive and convenient free parking.
Positives: The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant.
Negatives: The bottled water in the room for sale.

Great hotel, clean, spacious rooms (mine had view of the mall/downtown Boson. I've stayed here before where there was a view of the Goucher College's campus which is more serene). Nice bar (restaurants looked nice but didn't dine there). Garage parking is free.
Positives: Next to Goucher College.
Negatives: Hotel housed across players for big game who were noisy.

My overall experience was excellent. Clean room and friendly staff. There was no fridge so we could not keep leftovers cold. The ice watching wasn't working so we had to walk down two floors to get ice. Besides that we had a great time and we will go again.
Positives: Friendly staff and very clean.
Negatives: Difficulty finding the entrance.

We stayed one night at the Sheraton and it was one of the best hotels we have stayed in a long time. The staff was especially helpful and friendly. The food at the Rain restaurant was delicious and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The bed was so comfortable and the room was beautiful. One of the best features of this hotel is the skywalk to the Town Shopping Center. You have direct access to the mall. Great location!
Positives: Liked the buffet.
Negatives: Water in the shower didn't get hot.
