I stayed on the 14th floor, had an exquisite view of the harbor and surrounding downtown attractions. the hotel is beautiful but expensive enough without every little thing being charged as well, ie parking, Internet, room service.

Positives: Everyone of the staff were completely helpful and friendly.

Negatives: $27.00 to park/ pay for Internet access/ approx 6 channels on TV/room service 9.00 charge for 18.00 bill.

For the price I paid I feel the value was sufficient. If I would have paid regular rates I would be severely disappointed. The rooms were just OK. Nothing spectacular. The pool was a disappointment for my kids since it was much smaller in person than it was pictured. Hotel staff was friendly and smiled.

Positives: The open elevators were nice..good location of hotel.

Negatives: Small pool..rooms more like 3 star hotel.

The beds were tiny. We were not told about the very high parking fees. For four guests we were given two towels and one wash cloth. The pool for a five star hotel was extremely tiny.

Positives: The public bathrooms were very nice.

Negatives: The beds were tiny, parking fees were high, for 4 guests we were given 2 towels, small pool.

I was very pleased with the Hyatt in all aspects. Check-in was smooth and quick. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful as was all bell staff and housekeeping. The room was clean and modern with a great view of the Inner Harbor. The restaurant, Bistro 300 was excellent and a special thanks to Chef for all his help with my dietary needs. Other places we stopped for dining in the Harbor were not as easy to work with, but the wait staff and chefs at this Hyatt restaurant were very helpful. We liked the atmosphere, decor, and food so much, we ate there several meals during our stay.

Positives: Location is excellent for both Inner Harbor and Camden Yards baseball fans. Close walk to everything.

Negatives: Can't think of a thing I did not like, although a frig in the room would be great.

Positives: I loved the location, ease of check-in, cleanliness, fitness room, availability to the harbor, and staff accommodation.

Negatives: Didn't like the outdoor pool and no hot tub.

The location can't be beat. Front desk staff friendly check in was a breeze. The room was a nice size with floor to ceiling windows which was nice. The bed was very comfortable. Parking garage attached to the hotel. You have your choice of valet or self park. Did not visit the restaurant. Very pleasant visit.

Positives: Location was perfect. Staff very friendly. Room very clean bed comfortable.

Negatives: I have no complaints.

The Hyatt Regency Inner Harbor has an excellent location and is an attractive building. The rooms are nicely appointed with standard things you would expect - but it is very loud. I was woken up several times by people talking in the hallway and in the room next door - their voices weren't even that loud, but there must be no insulation in the walls!

Positives: Location was excellent - right at Inner Harbor!

Negatives: Extremely loud

the hotel is in great location of restaurants, attractions and the inner harbor. the staff was very nice. during our stay there was some sort of convention so there were alot of people so at one point i had to walk 12 floors of stairs because the 4 elevators they have were over crowded. the gym is nice and open 24 hrs they also have a great hot tub in fitness center.

Positives: The location of this hotel is great

Negatives: The conventions they had in the hotel made it at one point impossible to use elevator.

Excellent Inner Harbor location ensures that you are near most things you'd want to see in Baltimore. Attractive rooms and a cheerful staff go a long way here.

Positives: Great location, friendly staff.

Negatives: Dining could be a bit better - pool is not enclosed.

Excellent location in relation to the Baltimore Inner Harbor. Staff was friendly and responsive. Minor problems with the room were rectified promptly.

Positives: The location in relation to everything we wanted to do in the Inner Harbor.

Negatives: Air conditioning didn't work well and the safe was broken and needed to be replaced.

The location and comfort of the hotel couldn't be beat. I have been on a couple of cruises, and my Baltimore experience was comparable, and not as rushed. I left feeling like I want to return and do more of the available activities soon. I definitely would pick this hotel. It was the most convenient one, in my opinion, because of the walkway over the street to the inner harbor area. The waitress at the hotel coffee shop gave me my breakfast free when I wanted to pay with cash, and she was only taking credit or debit or room cards. That impressed me.

Positives: The proximity to the Inner Harbor, the Walkway across the street, the short distance to the ballpark.

Negatives: I would have liked to pay less for parking.

All they need are the Marriott's beds! That would be perfection!

Positives: The Hyatt is a very classy hotel. Very clean, too!

Negatives: I only wish they had the same beds the Marriott uses!

Great location at the Inner Harbor. The interior was really nice as was the room itself. I wasn't expecting to pay as high a price for parking at the hotel seeing as how I was staying there.

Positives: Very nice amenities and quality.

Negatives: You could hear the next room flushing the toilets. I don't expect that from a 4 star.

Extremely clean, very accommodating staff, and nice upscale hotel.

Positives: Clean, very nice, friendly staff, and great location.

A nice hotel in a very good location. The staff was helpful but stressed as a convention for the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity.

Positives: Great location and

Negatives: Fraternity convention, loud neighbors and spa was closed.

I liked this hotel. Great location, across the way from the Inner Harbor. Our room was a double and the beds were way too small, so I called the front desk to ask for a king bed. They didn't have anything - convention in town - so they upgraded us to a one-room suite. Amazing really. Really great bathroom amenities as well.

Positives: Friendly front desk staff.

Negatives: Small beds in the double rooms.

Room was quiet. Had updated fixtures and linens. Very clean. Had no idea as to the amenities at the hotel - nothing was mentioned in the hotel guide in the room. Bistro 300 restaurant is overpriced for the food. Service is good. Restaurants at other nearby hotels were better and less expensive.

Positives: Staff was extremely helpful, smiled, and asked the right questions.

Negatives: Restaurant is overpriced and the food at breakfast wasn't the greatest.

Hotel is a decent, run-of-the-mill tourist hotel. The place is clean and efficient. No complaints.

Overall, a great hotel, rooms had a boutique feel to them. Staff was excellent and brunch was delicious!

Positives: Views and proximity to inner harbor & Camden yards was superb.

Negatives: Business data center - computers were non-functional and/or extremely slow.

Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 24 Sep 2009 rated 9 out of 10.

This Hyatt is in a great location near all the inner harbor attractions and within a couple quick blocks of Camden yards. It has a walkway that allows you to cross over to the inner harbor area without having to take your chances with street level traffic. It's clean, the rooms are very nice and quiet, and some rooms have a great view. I definitely felt safe being there too.

Positives: Great location, clean, and quiet.

Negatives: $27 for 24 hr parking is absurd.

4 star well deserved. Very clean. Excellent location. Friendly staff. 2 blocks from Harbor place. Given location, did not mind paying the $27 parking fee.

Positives: Excellent location, extremely clean, close to Harborplace.

Negatives: Nothing.

This was a very nice hotel with friendly staff however they seemed over worked and stressed out. There were two people trying to check out 20 people and others just standing there watching. Same at check in. They also asked us if we would like a double, queen, or king and we said king and they gave us a double anyway?!?

Positives: The hotel was decorated very nicely and conveniently located to everything we needed.

Negatives: Parking and in room items way over priced. Crying children next door sounded like in the same room.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 23 Aug 2009 rated 5 out of 10.

Wonderful Hotel, sans the scenting of the circulating air.Yes, we complained to management at the front desk about the scent affecting our asthma and allergies.

Positives: It was super clean and well decorated.

Negatives: The scents in the room. The perfume/ scent sprayed into/ coming out of the air ducts.
