Taking my 9 yr old son to see Oriolesgame and 10min outside of Baltimore received a phone call from hotel we booked on priceline telling us our room was flooded but they can set us up in their sister hotel. Went to original hotel to get directions and it was just what we were looking for cute, great location however they sent us to a bad area of town where we did not feel safe! The hotel smelled bad! And were giving attitude by staff like it was our fault. If there was any other hotel open, or not raining, and 10pm we would never had stayed there!

Positives: Nothing

Negatives: Smell, location, attitude of staff, whole experience.

Overall, I had a positive experience. The man at the front desk was polite and checked me in quickly. After I settled in, I got a call from the front desk asking if everything was ok and reminding me about breakfast (I think this may have been because I was a young woman staying alone). The room was small but adequate. The internet reception was fantastic, but the TV reception was awful. I didn't sleep well, partly because I was nervous about an interview the next day, but partly because my window faced the road and let in car noise and I could hear the guests in the room above me talking. Breakfast was meager - instant oatmeal, small muffins, toast, coffee, tea, orange and apple juice, maybe some cereal, and a waffle maker. I ate in my room because there were no tables. The price was decent for what I got. I probably would find a different hotel if I had to stay in Baltimore again, but this one was fine for this trip.

Positives: The staff was friendly.

Negatives: My room was next to the road and somewhat noisy.

If I weren't required to be here for the crew I'm working with, I'd never spend a night here. The rooms are filthy. Housekeeping is often absent. The linen has holes in it. The non-smoking apparently share ventilation with the smoking rooms. The restaurant is always slow.....10 minutes to get a server to make eye contact. 24 hours a day!!! I travel a lot, and spend several weeks per year in hotels. This is one of the two worst in the U.S. so far.

Positives: Located near Dundalk Marine Terminal.

Negatives: Filthy, dark rooms, holes in linen, horrible, inconsistent service.
