After the problem with the furnace not working, and us asking the manager for another room, and the first morning a dog barking all morning, like the owner left it in the room. The manager finally moved us to another room. The staff was very friendly after all this happened. I still liked the hotel

<BR/>

Positives: The concierge was excellent.

Negatives: The room we got at first - the furnace didn't work, and blew cold air out our first night and dog barking all morning.

The hotel room was very comfortable and the decor was very trendy. I loved the flat screen TV and chaise lounge. I wish the hotel was a little closer to downtown. It is about a 15 minute walk. They do provide free shuttle service.

Positives: Loved the room, flat screen tv, comfy bed.

Negatives: Pay to park and internet, not as close to downtown as I would have liked.

The young valet parking attendants were super friendly and gave us ideas for dinner and drinks. They explained that they run the &quot;shuttle&quot; and could take us to town or just call them when we were ready to come home and they would pick us up. They were very friendly!

Positives: Beautiful room, furnishings and linens. 4 stars! Luxurious!

Negatives: They stuck us by the elevator, without a view.

Room is generous in size, clean and beautifully decorated. Shower is a double head and great pressure. Any request, ie towels, refrigerator were promptly granted. The shuttle was available easily and promptly to Naval Academy of anywhere downtown, when requested. Only negative that I can think of that my teenagers did not like was no free internet access. I would definitely stay here when in Annapolis

Positives: Clean, modern design, double shower head was wonderful, very comfy mattress.

Negatives: Kind of a long walk to downtown area, but shuttle was prompt and available whenever needed, no free Internet.

The hotel is centrally located and has superb customer service and quality. Every employee asked how my stay was going (the valet attendant; the bartender; the front desk clerk; a housekeeping person) and was genuinely interested to hear the answer. I would stay at this hotel every trip to Annapolis if it's available!

Positives: Consistently have impeccable service/ quality at this hotel.

Negatives: Nothing.

Hotel was beautiful. It was a bit away from the harbor, but they provided shuttle service in and out of town which was very convenient. Would stay here again in Annapolis - excellent choice for the price given on Priceline.

Positives: Excellent hotel - very clean - great Westin Heavenly Beds.

Negatives: Nothing.

Valet parking or self parking in the garage and paying $20.00 per day is ridiculous. If this hotel was located in a metro area and parking spaces were limited I would understand but the location does not warrant it.

Positives: Comfortable beds.

Negatives: Parking should be included in the price of the room.

Beginning with the doorman's timely umbrella &amp; engaging greeting to entry into reception and lobby the staff is welcoming. Hotel and room is metro decor.

Positives: Stylish with generous bedding &amp; bath.

Negatives: Boisterous female guest arguing with her friends.

Reasonable value for money if booked at a discount through Priceline, but overpriced at top dollar.

Positives: Location: a 10-15 minute walk to the center of town.

Negatives: Not much in the way of in hotel food options.

If you are looking to actually sleep at night, keep looking. The heavenly bed has turned into a night long fight with the bed linens. Pillows were foamy and hard. Instead of two queens, stuck with two doubles. $23 a night to park the car. They did have complimentary bikes that we used and had a nice time

Positives: Nice bath and products. Dark curtains blocking out all light.

Negatives: The beds were atrocious. Small, fight the covers all night, 2 flat sheets and two duvets. Hot/cold/hot/cold. Loud nieghbors. No sleep.

The hotel seemed abandoned for the most part. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Shuttle service was excellent. Room was not clean on arrival but the staff corrected the situation immediately. The pillows were too soft to sleep comfortably. Overall, stay for the money was adequate.

Positives: Staff.

Negatives: Too soft of pillows.

The bed was super-soft and felt like sleeping on a cloud. The bathroom was decorated in interesting ways and actually gave me some good ideas for an upcoming remodel of my own home bathroom!

Positives: Fantastic

Negatives: Our room overlooked a graveyard, but we weren't really there for the view.
