1823 Historic Rose Hill Inn Bed and Breakfast is a bed & breakfast located in Versailles.

Near to horse farms, Keeneland and the Kentucky Horse Park, we are a frequent choice for honeymoons, romantic weekends and getaways, family reunions, meeting with "old" friends, seeing historical attractions and for vacation, adventure, business and family travel.

Breakfast is served at 8:30 and 9:30 at tables for two (or the group size in your party) and are happy to adjust our breakfast times for special needs. We serve outside in the summer if requested.

Our dining room is intimate. Although conversation between tables is a frequent occurrence, some guests prefer the privacy of twosomes, and the table arrangement is conducive to both.
