We are one of the rare resorts that charge by the room, not by the number of people in the room which can be a significant savings to our guests with larger families. Maximum occupancy is listed for each unit and includes adults and children combined. For safety reasons, we cannot allow extra people beyond the maximum occupancy listed and we cannot allow air mattresses, cots, sleeping bags, etc. for extra sleeping space.
