Excellent location, great rooms. Our room even had a great view of downtown Lexington.
Positives: Great location downtown right next to Rupp Arena!
Negatives: Hotel staff were confused and billed me for my stay.

We really liked the Hyatt Regency. The lobby was very nice. The hotel was very clean. The beds were wonderful. It is right next door to Rupp Arena and the Convention Center. Staff was very helpful.
Positives: Excellent stay. Very nice and clean. Good location and parking.
Negatives: A lot of street noise from ambulances. Tile around the pool was slick.

Aside from the parking situation, this hotel met every one of my needs. My daughter enjoyed the pool and we spent a few hours walking around the shopping centers near the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable.
Positives: Nearby to multiple shops and restaurants.
Negatives: Parking was inconvenient.

Great location and wonderful staff; close to nightlife and restaurants. You can walk all over downtown. Horse park and attractions close by, distilleries a little far but worth it. Excellent stay!
Positives: Amazing staff and location; excellent breakfast buffet!
Negatives: Nothing to dislike; it was great. Only a spa could have made it better!

The hotel was a solid 3.5 star, very friendly and clean and right in the center of downtown. My daughter, 8-month-old grandson and I had a wonderful time. We visited the nearby Kentucky Horse Park and the Mary Todd house - both fun.
Positives: The hotel had the friendliest staff I've ever experienced.
Negatives: The downtown triangle has been stripped of its aging pear trees and is a vacant unattractive lot at present.

Downtown location. Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Pool was good, but no hot water, nor shampoo in the pool's shower.
Positives: Clean, upscale, friendly staff.
Negatives: Roll-in bed - very bad (springs could be felt)

I never could have afforded this type of hotel without Priceline, so it was a real treat. The bed was super comfy with soft pillows, though I have had nicer comforters that were a bit thicker. We took advantage of room service, and the food was decent--not incredible, which I expected because of the price. The gym was the best part outside of the room because it was full of new equipment with lots of options. Overall, our stay here was in general fantastic. I would stay here again if I got the same kind of price.
Positives: The hotel gym was impressive - great facility.
Negatives: The parking and driveway location was right in the middle of horrid downtown traffic.

Great location if you want to be in downtown, close to nice restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking can be a problem if there is an event going on in Rupp arena, unless you want to pay $15 for valet. When parking, remember gate 1 and to always have you room key handy to show parking attendant. Hotels food is good.

Positives: It was a short walk to nice shopping and restaurants.
Negatives: When there are events at the Rupp, connected to the hotel, parking you car can be a problem. You are sort of on your own, unless you want to pay $15.

Positives: Great friendly staff, very convenient location for both business and leisure.

We enjoyed the hotel very much. Didn't eat breakfast in the hotel but it smelled wonderful. The bar food was okay - but great atmosphere. Hotel staff were excellent! Pool area was very nice - clean and enjoyable. The rooms were a little small but the lay out is nice and the beds were awesome!
Positives: Location was close enough that I didn't have to drive and park everywhere. They also offered free parking as well as valet parking.
Negatives: Rooms were a little tight - but laid out well.

This hotel was definitely worth a 3 1/2 star rating. Our room was probably one of the smaller rooms, but it was clean and nicely furnished. The restaurant was high priced and the adjoining shops and food court closed at 6:00 pm. The staff was accommodating when asked a question. Our stay was nice and we got a wonderful deal from Priceline.
Positives: Location was excellent for sightseeing in the downtown Lexington area. The room was on the small side but clean.
Negatives: The staff was friendly but stuffy as opposed to warm and fuzzy.

A very pleasurable experience. Impressed with staff and overall cleanliness of hotel. Free parking! Great bed and TV. No free WiFi was a bummer, it is the 21st Century after all. Good place to stay though.

Very nice facility. Noise from lobby & open lounge until midnight and noise from guest in hallway until 3:30 AM. Hard to get a good nights sleep.

The hotel was perfect, we are just not fans of being downtown, and we tried to avoid staying downtown. We were wanting a different part of Lexington, but ended up downtown.
Positives: Great view, very nice bed, and VERY clean.
Negatives: The parking, and being downtown location.

Beautiful, clean and newly renovated with large comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Very convenient to Keeneland. Loved the view out of my window. Parking was complimentary, but a bit inconvenient, especially on nights that there was an event at Rupp arena. The pool area was gorgeous, but too cold for me. The water was spotless and warm. This hotel is very large and busy, hosted several conventions while I was there, and this slowed the elevators quite a bit, during peak hours, however, the staff took care of every one of my desires, making the hotel feel much smaller.
Positives: Comfortable, convenient, clean, classy and friendly.
Negatives: Pool area was cold, water was warm though and VERY nice and clean. When BUSY, hotel elevators slow. Conventions.

Negatives: Restaurant closed too early for a weekend night.

We got a great room at a great price!
Positives: Free parking right across the street & provided a listing of restaurants that delivered or were within walking distance.
Negatives: No complaints.
