Had no issues, the service and room was great.
Positives: It was right downtown and very convenient.
Negatives: They put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned but fixed it immediately and put us in another room.

One of the very nicest and highest class hotels we have stayed in. Excellent decor, quiet, wonderful food and exceptional service.
Positives: The main lobby and upper level decor was breathtaking. Very high class.
Negatives: They need a bigger sign up high on the building to make it easier to find for those travelers unfamiliar with the area.
