The hotel is fine for a single traveler who wants a cheap hotel. Extremely limited breakfast and no tables to eat at. Tiny room, musty/smoke smell and dirty carpets.
Positives: Convenient location and the staff was friendly.
Negatives: Musty smell, stained carpets and tiny room.

Clean room, spacious, great location. However, not very friendly staff and the breakfast was poor.

The room was small but for the price it was very clean and nicely decorated. It met our needs except for not having a hair dryer. The staff was very nice and helpful. It was in a good location off the interstate with several nice restaurants and shopping nearby.

I have stayed at this Microtel about 6 times now, since May 5th '08 and I find it friendlier each time I stay. Rooms are clean and well maintained staff is excellent. I have not smelled any bad odors there except when I went up to see my nephew on the smoking floor and I find that in any motel. Smoking floors stink and yes it can smell musty. I have stayed at several Microtel's but this is the best by far.

I stay here throughout the horse show season and it is especially convenient to the Lexington Horse Park and I really like that it has small refrigerators as I like to eat my own food rather than food at the shows. Really think you need to add a small coffee maker to the room

Considering the low price, this hotel was acceptable. It was quiet and the staff was friendly.
