Staff was rude no customer service, slow, unexperienced, rooms was dirty, and dated, no stopped in tub, stained furniture and carpet, old TV, (3 stations came in others was so fuzzy you couldn't make them out.
Positives: Nothing
Negatives: Everything

The circular design with a circular interior hallway and wedge-shaped rooms was both attractive and convenient. The rooms were comfortable, but the double sleep-number mattress was not adjustable to individual sleepers in the same bed, making it a little disconcerting. Free in-room wireless was available, but not complementary breakfast. The top floor revolving restaurant offers good food and great views downtown Cincinnati.
Positives: Unique architecture, nice pool and good location.
Negatives: Sleep-number beds.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone. Priceline has gotten this hotel for us a couple of<BR/>times & we really love the side facing the river & seeing all the beautiful lights.
Positives: It was close to where we were going & the staff was very willing to call us a taxi.
Negatives: I can't think of a single thing.

The sleep number beds were not comfortable.
Positives: Moved us quickly to a new room.
Negatives: There was stool on the toilet of the first room we were assigned and dirt on the walls of the second room we were assigned.

This was my second stay at this hotel, though it's been years since the first. The rooms appear comfortable enough, but the sleep number beds appear to be broken about 50% of the time. One of the beds in our room was completely flat and would not inflate. Another bed in another room would not budge from the hardest setting. Our room was missing a do not disturb sign, and the housekeeping took full advantage to start disturbing us starting before 9am. On the plus side, housekeeping did retrieve a phone charger for us when we called about it, and held it at the front desk for us to pick up. With changes the hotel could be 3 star, but as is I don't think it's deserving.
Positives: Location is perfect for Northern Kentucky, but not for downtown Cincinnati.
Negatives: Sleep number beds seem to be broken too often.

As a business traveler I enjoyed my stay. Helpful courteous staff easy parking and felt very secure coming in late at night. Did not have time to use the pool but it looked great. Kelly's restaurant was delish! Love having small coffee maker in room. Lots of room on the desk to spread my work out. Great to have office desk chair. Hotel is near the freeway so ask for a room on upper level to do away with traffic noise. Decor was very fresh and relaxing. Long live the sleep bed!
Positives: Immaculate, clean, very helpful staff and very quiet.
Negatives: No complaints!

Excellent location with spectacular views of downtown Cincinnati. The revolving restaurant on the 18th floor was very good.
Positives: The view from the room.
Negatives: The TV reception and the minor damages to walls and furniture.

Good hotel for travelers. It was nice to be able to enjoy a drink in our hotel. We will stay again.
Positives: We walked to Main Strasse and caught the Tank to Cincinatti.
Negatives: The windows were not clean.

I will stay again, but will request a room away from the interstate the next time. The management and staff was great. New renovations - fresh and clean.
Positives: The staff - met waiters, bartenders and managers - all were great.
Negatives: The location while convenient sits on the interstate - need a room opposite the Interstate - The traffic noise is unbearable for me - Need ear plugs.

There were 3 couples traveling together. No place to sit to converse. Tiny lobby. No gift shop so to speak. Slow service. Very noisy to sleep as it next to freeway. No towels available in pool area. Ask the desk, very slow to respond. Very slow to respond to get any extras in the room. No trash bins easily accessible. Poor parking. No place to sit outside.
Positives: It was clean.
Negatives: Could not get prompt service.

Decent hotel. Hotel sits right next to I-75 and if you are a light sleeper the freeway traffic will definitely keep you up. If you stay, get a room the opposite side from the freeway.
Positives: Pool area was nice!
Negatives: Freeway noise inside hotel room.

All in all, the hotel and room were excellent. Just requested room overlooking river & city, but overlooked freeway and was very noisy, especially at night. Revolving restaurant had a very nice breakfast buffet. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
Positives: Was convenient to downtown & ballpark; was very clean.
Negatives: Did not like room overlooking freeway; was noisy!

Pros: This hotel has an excellent location, bus comes and goes to the ball park to hotel, all you can eat breakfast for $9.95 adults/$4.95 kids with a great view, nice indoor/outdoor pool. Cons: Neighborhood looks run down in the surrounding blocks, restaurant does not spin before 11 am so be sure to plan a lunch or dinner if this is important for your traveling experience, air conditioner was poorly cooling the room. Overall this was a good stay.
Positives: Location to the great American Ballpark.
Negatives: Air conditioner in room was poor and restaurant does not spin before 11 AM.

This hotel was very sub par. The air conditioner did not work and was not fixed when reported to the front desk. The front desk did even offer to switch rooms.
Positives: Not much.
Negatives: Air conditioner did not work.

The room above must have leaked over from the toilet or bathtub. At 1 AM, we were awaken with water pouring out of the vent in the bathroom and over the outside balcony. I called the front desk and no one ever came to investigate or clean up. We had to go to the lobby to use the restroom or stand in about 1 inches of water at our toilet in our room. We could not shower the next morning, because the bathroom was very dirty from all the water settled overnight. Overall, very dissatisfied with the hotel and we have been coming here once a year for our anniversary for 7 years. We will not stay here ever again. We will dine in the restaurant but find another hotel close by because of this lack of customer attentiveness.
Positives: Restaurant.
Negatives: Customer service attentiveness.

Currently remodeling. We stayed in a remodeled room that was very nice. Great location. Easy access to highways and downtown Cincinnati.
Positives: Great view and location. Nice pool.
Negatives: Rooms are on the small size.

We had to change rooms because the air conditioner was not cooling. By then we had spent two nights not sleeping well. The desk sent maintenance up and said it was fixed, but it froze up again. They finally changed our room. The lamp on one side was not plugged in because there was no outlet there. The remote needed a new battery, the pillows were too flat to prop up for viewing TV, and the rooms were noisy from the Interstate. It was convenient to the riverfront, and Downtown Cincinnati however. But it you like to spend time in the room, stay somewhere else.
Positives: It was convenient to where we spent our time.
Negatives: The pillows, TV remote, room air not working properly.

The hotel was okay. I was very disappointed that there were no pay per view movies channels. The area is very tricky to negotiate due to many one way streets and the proximity of the riverfront and interstate overpasses.
Positives: Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives: No pay per view movies, no gift shop.

It was great! Close to Cincinnati. Quiet, didn't have to worry about kids running down the hall. Dinner and drinks at Kelly's Public house was great.
Positives: It was clean and the staff was great!
Negatives: The rust around the bathroom sink, the hotel needs to address this issue.
