This hotel is multiple stories with the rooms arrayed on terraces around an open central area. There is a multi-story cascading waterfall near the elevators; it didn't bother us but it can be heard inside nearby rooms. The room was very clean and well appointed. The hotel staff was very friendly. Overall, we felt like this room was an excellent value.
Positives: Very attractive hotel and room near main drag in Bowling Green.
Negatives: Lots of lights between freeway and hotel; takes a while to get there.

The hotel was very old and definitely not three star quality! The salad from the hotel had rotten bacon and rancid salad dressing. A very unsatisfying and frustrating meal!
Positives: Good location to downtown.
Negatives: Very old. Horrible food!

The hotel was a good value for the money. The rooms were large however the beds were a little small (fulls, not queens). The large atrium was comfortable and attractive. The hotel staff was pleasant.
Positives: Good stay for the money.
Negatives: Really needs queen beds, not full.

It was beautiful hotel. The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was so helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond. Breakfast was excellent and we were dressed up to go to the Kentucky Derby and they complimented and treated us like we were royalty. It was an extra touch that made us feel very special.

Location was great - three miles to Beech Bend and around the corner from any shopping or eating you could want. Room was huge, bed was comfy - everything was super clean! Only bad part (all atrium style hotels) is that all noises from the lobby area echo straight up to your room. Would definitely stay again! I would just verify that there aren't any groups booked for the time you are coming if you are a light sleeper.
Positives: Beautiful! Large room & bath with awesome bed!
Negatives: Atrium style & children means early wake-up to happy shouts.

Negatives: Ice machice not working on my floor.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of room comfort and overall attractiveness. The bathroom was a bit dated, but clean. Free wireless was a plus. Desk staff was helpful and happily granted our request for a different room location. It is a bit farther from the interstate than other area hotels, but still near numerous restaurants, gas stations, etc. We would gladly stay here again.
Positives: Newer room furnishings, attractive atrium area, ample parking, free wireless.
Negatives: Bathroom needed an update, prefer queen size beds over doubles when traveling with children.

Positives: The appearance was very attractive inside and the rooms were much larger than most.

Extremely clean, immaculate. Very beautiful rooms and hotel interior. Helpful, knowledgeable staff, especially night shift desk staff. Batteries went dead in remote and we were promptly given another. Convenient parking and well lit. Hotel well designed and easy to find amenities. Speedy elevators with glass sides. The waterfall was awesome. Loved standing behind it while waiting for elevator! Look forward to staying here again.
Positives: 6 story waterfall with stream in the lobby surrounded by pretty plants.
Negatives: Chlorine extremely strong in pool, so strong that we didn't get in pool and left area quickly along with other guests.

What a great hotel! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Even upgraded my room when I checked in. One of the best places I have ever stayed!
Positives: Front desk staff was super friendly.
Negatives: Side door did not lock.
Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 20 Apr 2009 rated 7 out of 10.
This hotel looks attractive from the outside but the interior needs renovating. The furniture seems like they are at least 15 years or older. The beds were so worn out that they are not even flat, they were curved towards the middle. The carpet is worn-out. Even though I had a non-smoking room there was a musty, moldy odor. The vents for the heater/AC had thick layers of dust. The bathtub had moldy spots in the caulking. Public area carpeting also looked worn-out. The pool area had such a strong chlorine odor that we did not even dare use the pool.
Positives: Location and
Negatives: Room interior and public areas are outdated.
