Beautiful place to ride, lots of variety of trails and terrain. We rode over 5 hours (Kansas City area) to get to the Gypsum Hills. I would highly recommend NOT to go in August like we did. It was 106 degrees and above for over 4 days. It is a very dry area. My only disappointment was they have no electric hookups; need to take your generator. The shower house is all concrete so it gets hot and was full of bugs... big bugs, but that shouldn't make you not want to experience riding here.
