Great service. Lady at the front desk I talked to the day before my stay let me check in differently. And someone else picks up my keys, as I was in a wedding and did not have time during the day of my stay to check in properly!! Much easier, less stress of the day!

Positives: Let me Check in when it was convenient for me.

Negatives: No pool!
