We were unpacked, and took our socks off only to have them soaked. It was late, and we were tired so didn't ask for a room change, but spoke to the manager in the am. He apologized and gave us a credit but we felt they should not have booked that room in that condition. It was still wet in the morning.

Positives: Easy access.

Negatives: Carpet had been shampooed and was wet!
