The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was as well. I have no complaints about my stay at this hotel.

Positives: The hotel staff was VERY friendly!

Negatives: The room was a little dated.

I enjoyed the mini suite. The refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, and iron were convenient. It was comfortable and would be a nice place to stay with the children. I would definitely book this room again.

Positives: I liked the mini suite and kitchen appliances; breakfast was very good.

Negatives: Had to ask for soap; television channels are very limited.

Although the bathroom had been remodeled with new fixtures, we found them loose and poorly installed. Everything about the place was cheap and poorly done. It is a bottom end motel and certainly not a 2 star hotel.

Positives: Proximity to Quest Center.

Negatives: Cheap.

This motel staff was very helpful and nice. I liked the fact they had a shuttle to places 5 miles away.

Older hotel that needs updating, close to downtown council bluffs but in an older neighborhood so we didn't feel really safe. Wouldn't stay more than one night.

Positives: Comfortable beds, helpful staff.

Negatives: Needs updating, heating was semi-functional.

The rooms are spacious and clean, but the hotel itself needs updating. For the price, I expected more.

The Quality Inn in Council Bluffs was a very nice, clean, and quiet place to stay. The office staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was great.

Positives: It was a very clean and quiet hotel.

Negatives: We had to go to the office one night to get towels, because the maid did not do it.

Nice people, hotel is run down, breakfast is o.k. at best. They could not fix the toilet, even after 2 tries. I fixed it myself. Good location. Nice pool. Beds are very comfortable.

This was overall a good stay. It was seemingly dirty and too many barking dogs. The room, once inside though, was great. Peeling tub caulking, fridge not working, maintenance never showing up took away from the overall picture.

Positives: The large rooms are great, breakfast was good.

Negatives: Not smell too clean, seemed dirty, fridge need defrosted.

Good hotel in a rougher section of town. Well-maintained facilities, well-lit parking. Convenient access to Omaha. Spacious rooms with adequate amenities and limited cable TV.

This was an older hotel, directions given took you thru a long residential area, I found a shorter route on the Highway.
