Everything was acceptable, nothing grand. Continental breakfast left much to be desired. Decor dated. Clean.
Positives: Excellent location.

Hotel OK, staff not friendly,

It was a very nice hotel and very reasonably priced. The staff was extremely friendly and the location was great!

Not a very secure entry way, lock did not work the whole weekend. Breakfast was nice. Desk staff was nice. Room was not cleaned the second day. Light bulbs burnt out upon check-in.

Negatives: Hot tub not hot, sauna light not working, pool cold, bathroom dirty.

·From: Interstate 69. Take Exit 41 (State Route 332) and travel East for approximately seven miles into Muncie. (SR 332 becomes McGalliard) Travel to Tillotson Avenue and turn right, then travel 0.01 mile South and turn right at Bethel Avenue. BEST WESTERN Muncie is on the immediate left. ·From: US Highway 35 South Travel North on US 35 and merge with State Roads 3 and 67. Continue northward approximately 1.5 miles and turn left on McGalliard Avenue (State Road 332). Travel West on McGalliard
