Perfect motel for my needs. Their new beds are awesome - so comfortable. The room was clean and everything worked. Plastic cups - a big plus in my book. Pet friendly. Even the negatives were positive. We reported that the tub was very slippery - that there were no grips at the bottom. They came the next day while we were out and left a courtesy card explaining that they were out of the Red Roof Approved slip guards and apologizing for our inconvenience. They also began leaving an additional foot mat in the room to use in the bottom of the tub. I felt like they responded to our request in a responsible manner. The tub drain was extremely slow, but this obviously is not a big deal. When I'm in Indianapolis in the future, I will definitely stay here again.
Positives: Beds super comfortable. Neat, quiet and clean. Nice location. Staff friendly and responsive.
Negatives: Tub drain extremely slow. No "grips" in shower - extremely slippery.
