We were booked for 2 nights. Housekeeping packed up all our personal belongings into trash bags and threw away some things after one night stay while we were gone shopping all day. Front desk staff was told about incident. Room key didn't work. Only one person at front desk, long wait to get back into room. No compensation/apology for inconvenience for their mistake.
Positives: Free breakfast, no fresh fruit as advertised, awful coffee.
Negatives: Poor communication among staff regarding our reservations.

Okay if traveling and need to lay your head down for the night. All though the free breakfast was very good with a variety to choose from.

A fantastic experience. shopping, swimming and the room provided for a wonderful overnight experience.

This was an excellent place to stay and would recommend to friends and family, and if we go to the NASCAR Race in Brooklyn MI next year we will stay here again.

Negatives: Didn't restock in room coffee packets.
