I liked the hotel. The room and inside areas were nice. The restaurant was good although a little pricey. The location was not the best, near the airport. For Evansville, the airport area should probably be a separate area. The outside ground were a little run down but not too bad.

Positives: The room was nice as was the inside. Enjoyed the pool and whirlpool.

Negatives: Did not care for the location near the airport. The outside ground were a little run down but not too bad.

Don't bother bringing your laptop but for sure bring your cell phone! $10/night internet and 75 cent local phone calls were an insult. Beautiful hotel, great rooms, great service, great food (although $18 breakfast did not have any meat)! Excellent waffle though. indoor pool looked very inviting, beautiful atrium. Would love to have stayed there longer.

Positives: Georgeous atrium, great people

Negatives: Traveler beware: $10/night internet, $0.75 local phone calls.

Room itself was nicely appointed. Bed was comfortable and inviting. Location is airport and did not feel really safe for a single person coming in late at night.

Overall it was a very comfortable stay, the hotel is not too far from the city and overall very clean.

Positives: The beds and pillows were very comfortable as well as nice quality linens and toiletries.

Negatives: The pool and hot tub area needed major work.

The hotel was well located near the Evansville Airport, was clean and comfortable. The only thing I disliked was that they charged for internet service in rooms, although they had free internet in the lobby. I stayed in this hotel for one night only, but had previously stayed at another hotel for 28 days. Can you imagine the extra cost that I would have had to pay just for internet service if I would have stayed at this Marriott Hotel? Please, put free internet access in rooms like the majority of hotels do.

Positives: The location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Negatives: I was amazed that they charged the use of wireless internet in rooms. I very much was displeased with this policy.

Nice hotel, but usual expensive room service rates and the staff (maids) took something from the room that we left by accident.

Positives: Nice layout and pool.

Great stay, wish they would have had a free breakfast. I also wish I could have gotten a room with an balcony along the inside of the hotel. I didn't know this was an option. Other than that, it was a good hotel stay for two nights.

This was an amazing stay- I wish I could have stayed longer. The rooms were so clean and nice, the pool area was fantastic. I felt safe and comfortable there.

Positives: I loved the atmosphere and the niceness of the rooms.

Negatives: There was nothing I didn't like.

Consider the Evansville Marriott recently renovated and quite attractive, clean and within 7 minutes of downtown Evansville. Front desk staff including those who take your luggage are excellent. The food was neither attractive or tasty and the food service staff while nice enough were clearly new and inexperienced.

Positives: Very attractive lobby with atrium and indoor pool.

Negatives: Food was awful.
