Could not check in, until rooms were cleaned. Ironically, we found old food in rooms from previous guests. Friday: Keys did not work. Requested service. Two of our rooms left tip money for maid service. Sheets were not changed. One room, tip money was taken but no service was provided. Bathroom ceiling leaked and flooded at 4 am. Requested service. Sheets were not changed. Given dirty towels. Keys did not work, had to have them reset. Breakfast was white toast, black coffee, no creamer or milk for coffee. Went to McDonald's across the lot. Never staying at Days Inn again, anywhere. This ruined it.

Positives: Nothing at all

Negatives: Maid service will take your tip money but not provide service - even if you request.

I was pleased with the hotel. After reading most of the negative ratings i was a little worried when i named my own price and got the days inn. But i had stayed there before and was only staying one night. So how bad could it be? the staff was nice, beds were clean and the TV worked. thats all i really needed. Overall, I was happy with my stay. I did have problems with my keys not working, and had to go back and get new ones. But that was minor.

Positives: Nicely made beds.

Negatives: Hair in the tub and on shower wall, and faucet on sink felt dirty.

The room was nasty and dirty. The floors looked as if they hadnt been vacuumed, the tub was filthy, there were 3 spiders under the sheets of one bed and that was all I could take. I ended up leaving and staying elsewhere. I tried to surprise my husband with a relaxing evening but it turned into a disaster.

Positives: Not one thing.

Negatives: Dirty and nasty. I wouldnt stay again if it were free.

Keys repeatedly didnt work in the door, and finally after a waste of my time, they finally changed the battery in the door. Manager assured me my account would not be charged but they charged me anyway. Unorganized and not very clean.

Positives: Nothing.

I felt so dirty, there were holes in the walls, hair on the carpet, the maid lied and told the front desk that we did not want service. Therefore, I had to go to the front office and get towels and shampoo, etc. The police came early in the morning to get someone out of their room. I could not get out of there fast enough and stayed out shopping or whatever just so I did not have to take my daughter and myself back there. Do not stay there!

Positives: NOTHING!

Negatives: Everything! It was oh so dirty and unsafe!

This is an older motel that has been renovated. The rooms are adequate, but not very clean. This is probably due to their age. The non smoking rooms still have traces of cigarette smoke from long ago.

Positives: The location of the motel was very good.

Negatives: The room was not very clean.

It's obviously an old hotel that has been cosmetically refurbished. The room smelt of cigarettes and the toilet was stained. The outlets didn't keep the plugs to the appliances in them but it was the cheapest we could find close to Notre Dame. For the limited time we spent in the room it was o.k.

Positives: It was close to the highway.

Negatives: The electrical outlets did not hold the plugs to the appliances in them. Room smelt of cigarettes.

We have stayed at Days Inn many times but this particular hotel is need of updating badly. The rooms was dirty and the bed linens dirty.

Positives: Location convenient.

Negatives: Bathroom clean, bed area dirty carpet soiled, bad.

This motel is nothing special. The staff are only as courteous as they "have to be" and didn't seem eager to help. Our room keys worked in the morning and each night we had to get them re-magnetized. (and no, they were not stored improperly) And of the 2 days we stayed, we got no maid service the first day. We went here for location only. Rooms were good-sized, but not at all soundproof.

Positives: Location was convenient to freeway.

Negatives: Both days we stayed we had to get our Keys Re-done in the evenings, and NO maid service one of the days.

Over all it was very nice.

Positives: The room was clean , had everything I needed. It was close to several restaurants within walking distance.

Negatives: That the pool was closed during our stay, which we would have used had it been open.

We had a poor experience with the Days Inn. We requested a non-smoking room, but received a smoking one. When we changed rooms, the keys wouldn't work in the door. The towels in the room were dirty and there were no bed sheets on top of the mattress pads. If all Days Inns are like this one, we will not stay at them in the future.

Positives: The staff tried to help resolve problems.

Negatives: The towels were dirty and there were no sheets on the bed.
