New management- park still very run down. Seems to have a "split" between management this year. Very negative previous managers continue to "manage" the rv portion of the park.

Negatives: Water is terrible. VERY poor pressure-alot of times there is no water. Management has several "reasons" why there is very little water pressure including "showers" in mobile homes being used.... WHAT???
Inconsistant with rules and lot rent amounts. Different people in the park pay different amounts.
