Made plans to stay there, contacting the office. They don't take reservations for tent campers. Just prior to leaving the next day I called the Office on a lark and was rudely told there "Ain't no tent camping" as the showers were broke. Not a place I'll ever consider visiting under any circumstances due to my treatment on the phone.

I had the exact same experience. Sounds like they don't appreciate the campers that cannot stay an entire summer. I believe it was their daughter- goodness if she is going to inherit the place there is no hope for us weekenders!
Thanks a lot Jacobsen family- please find a new business because you are too rude for this one.
