Luxuriously furnished, each one & two bedroom condos feature air-conditioning, ceiling fans, complete kitchens, custom interiors, large master suites with double sinks, marble counter tops, an oversized tub, washer & dryer, spacious lanai with wet bar, discounted golf and twice weekly maid service included.
Guests are not charged for check-out cleanings. Mauna Lani Resort is a spectacular collection of first class facilities. The on-site recreation at the Terrace condominiums includes a 22' x 60' swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, children's pool, and a spacious covered entertainment pavilion with gas grills and picnic areas. The Mauna Lani Beach Club, which is just a short walk away, has a beautiful white sand beach perfect for snorkeling, swimming or relaxing. The Beach Club also features a restaurant and bar for your afternoon dining while overlooking the crystal blue ocean. The Mauna Lani Golf Course is considered one of the world's best resort courses with 36 holes of golfing elegance. The Francis H. I'i Brown North and South Courses were sculpted from fields of black lava creating the feeling of a tropical oasis. The South Course, known as the former home to the Senior Skins Game from 1990 - 2000, features Number 15, one of the world's most photographed over the water golf holes. Also nearby is The Mauna Lani Spa and the Mauna Lani Sports and Fitness Club. The Mauna Lani Spa offers treatments and experiences to nurture the mind, body and soul. The Sports and Fitness Club features Life Fitness cardiovascular and strength training equipment, a three-lane 25-meter lap pool, six Plexipave courts (3 lighted for night play) and a stadium court with spectator seating for 500. Mauna Lani has been distinguished as a "Top Tennis Resort." Our on-site check-in office is staffed to personally check you in and offer assistance during your stay. Office hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The Mauna Lani Terrace also offers security gated entrance, discounted golf and lush tropical landscaping.

Within a 10 minutes drive you can find additional premier golf courses, shopping and dining experiences, as well as the island's best beaches. Check-in instructions prior to leaving the Kona Int'l Airport, call 808-885-4944 for check-in instructions. The Mauna Lani Terrace is located at 69-1399 Mauna Lani Dr., Kohala Coast, HI 96743. If you are arriving after 5:00 p.m. you can pick up your keys in the after hours check-in box located to the right of the front door on the Mauna Lani Terrace office building. Please come to the office the next day to complete your registration. Should you require additional assistance, please call 808-885-4944. A member of our staff is available 24 hours to assist you. Directions from the Kona Int'l Airport: Depart Kona Int'l Airport. At the stop light, turn left (North) onto Queen Kaahumanu Hwy., (Hwy. #19) and drive for 19.5 miles. Turn left onto Mauna Lani Dr. Drive 1.5 miles. At the traffic round a bout, take the second exit towards the Mauna Lani Bay Hotel and Bungalows. Proceed forward and turn left at the second street on your left. The check-in office is the building on the left prior to the gated entrance. A staff member will be available to personally check you in, issue keys to your unit and answer any questions you may have.
