Comfortable and good for honeymoon.

Positives: Clean

Negatives: A little far from Waikiki beach.

It's a lovely property in a good location. We enjoyed our lanai. The staff was super friendly. The laundry facilities were wanting, other than that it was a great place to stay.

Positives: The pool was great. Loved the water slide. The beach was great to swim in and they had lots of places to lay in the sun.

Negatives: Nothing

You get what you pay for. We received a good rate for this hotel. However, our room was located above the loading docks and we were disrupted by trucks delivery throughout the night. The cleaning service was okay but they often forgot to replenish our bottled water and coffee supplies. We also found that there were a lot of hidden fees for some services. For example, parking and internet service was not included. Parking was $25.00 per day and the internet was $14.99 per day and it was comparable to dial-up speeds. The hotel did provide free access in the lobby however, this wasnft always ideal.

Positives: The location was nice.

Negatives: Customer service wasn't good..

Friendly and kind hotel staffs. Excellent pools and beach. Watch out for bad breakfast. They have good pizza, burger, and beverages. But their breakfast buffet is expensive and poor. Dinner is not good as their breakfast is, but that was better than Outrigger on the beach.

Positives: Friendly and kind.

Negatives: Bad restaurant.

My family enjoyed staying here. The room was spacious, bathroom was a little tight but I liked the tub (anti-slip floor). I would go back again.

Positives: I liked the location, spacious room, kiddie pool, spa, many elevators available and quick checkout.

Negatives: Parking expensive with no discounts for guests.

Positives: huge pool, fabulous location

Negatives: outdated check-in area, super busy

Nice hotel with a pool too small. Pool opens at 8 am and chairs are gone by 8 am.

Positives: Good location close to everything.

Negatives: Pool was way too small.

I very much enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly from the front desk, to the cleaning staff, and even the maintenance staff always had a smile and a hello.

Positives: The location and the staff.

Negatives: Internet access, most hotels now provide this service for free.

Great location, beautiful pool, friendly staff, should be fabulous when renovation are complete.

Positives: Excellent beach side location.

Negatives: Still undergoing renovation; and expensive parking.

The hotel was under construction so I expected there to be some inconveniences. Once completed it will be a beautiful facility. The pool was beautiful and the variety of restaurants is a plus. The rooms have simple decor, but okay for the price. The elevator lobbies on each floor are very nice and spacious. We had a city view room and we enjoyed the stay.

Positives: It is on the beach and close to shopping.

Negatives: Misled in upgrade opportunity. We were told that we could get an upgrade after 4 days at the hotel. The request was later denied.

The location and staff were excellent. The daily brunch was worth the extra fee. There was a lot of construction to the common area and one of the pools was closed for renovation. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Positives: Brunch.

Negatives: Construction.

Excellent hotel. Had a blast. My only complaint is the price of food and drinks, $11 for a pina colada.

Positives: Excellent location on Waikiki. Pool and beach were great!

Negatives: Construction going on.

Service was 1st class, hotel was 1st class, however too many groups stayed there for my noise level taste.

Positives: Service was impeccable.

Negatives: Noise at night and too many people.

Loved the hotel. Too bad there was so much construction going on. Couple times waken up with the pounding going on. All in all, the hotel was great would go back in a second. Very nice staff.

Positives: Loved the pool area and the room.

Negatives: Lots of construction going on.

Nice hotel, great location, nice rooms but very sparsely furnished, the only chair was like a foot stool with one side, no other chairs to sit in. Hotel lobby, area between this hotel and Royal Hawaiian Hotel, and one of the pool/beach areas was undergoing extensive renovations. With the renovations I would not consider this a resort class hotel, it should not have been included in this class during the renovations.

Positives: Great pool area, and clean rooms.

Negatives: Undergoing renovations, no warning of this, no chairs with arms in room, noisy outside at night from vehicles backing up.

Good location, large hotel right on the beach. However no access to the beach. If you want to go to the beach you have to leave hotel property and rent an umbrella somewhere else. Pool at the hotel was not heated. There was construction going on and noise. Rooms were nice and clean, but housekeeping cleaned them late in afternoon.

Positives: Location was great.

Negatives: Poor was not heated. Room was cleaned late in afternoon. Construction noise.

It is a very nice big hotel with perfect location on Waikiki Beach. However the partly ocean view room that we stayed in was definitely only a partly ocean view, since you had to be on the edge of the balcony to see the ocean, but when you did that it was a very nice view. One of the two pool areas was under construction, but one was enough and the ocean is just in front of the hotel which was very convenient.

Positives: The location is just perfect!

Negatives: It is very big.

Nice hotel, centrally located in Waikiki. Recently renovated rooms and still working on lobby. Pool area with water slide and 2 hot tubs was nice but crowded. Water front but not really beach front (VERY small beach strip to the side). Clean, comfortable and pleasant.

Positives: The rooms were recently renovated and nice.

Negatives: The lobby was still under construction and mostly boarded up, almost no beach at all.

I found this hotel to be very nice. It is in a great location and the staff was friendly. The room was nice; the view was mediocre at best: Mountain View, Aka (tall buildings with mountains behind them). The walls were thin, but overall, I was very happy. The bed was comfortable, the shower hot and the pool warm. The service was also excellent.
<BR/>

Positives: I liked the rooms and the comfort of the bed.

Negatives: The walls seemed thin and I could hear everything in the next room and hallway.

The hotel next door was totally closed for construction. Every morning and all day I had to hear jackhammers and beeping from construction vehicles. Hotel location is great. Beautiful beaches. The pool closes too early. Good food.

Positives: Location - in the middle of downtown.

Negatives: Construction noise/aging rooms.

The hotel staff put us in a room with a view of the ocean which was very nice. We both felt that the bathroom was small and looked older.
