Great location and the rooms were very comfy. My only concerns were that the outside doors were not in working order, you had to swipe your key for access, but the access reader was not working, so you had to call the front desk every time you wanted in. Also, there was hair in our shower.

Positives: Breakfast was awesome and beds were super comfy.

Negatives: Desk clerk seemed annoyed that we wanted a non-smoking room

Very nice Hampton Inn; best suited for business travelers or convention attendees. Caution, frequently overrun with tourists with children. The hotel handles kids pretty well, but other services suffer from time to time. Staff is very slow to respond to engineering issues such as no lighting, ice machine failure, and slow or intermittent Internet access. Senior management very slow to respond to guest inquires or phone calls.

Positives: Great Convention hotel.

Negatives: Difficult to get engineering and Internet problems resolved.

We will go back to this hotel for sure. We had a nice quite place to come back to at night, unlike our friends who stayed at the Big Wyndam on Sandlake Drive the traffic was crazy there. They have a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning with lots of things. The rooms have a modern look with nice beds and fluffy comforters. My husband liked the flat screen TV of course. I even noticed a small snack shop.

Positives: Nice place, clean, quite, off the beaten path, friendly staff, comfy beds and blankets, updated decor, and make your own yummy waffles!

Negatives: No fridge or microwave in our room, not sure if they will provide them. We had a cooler so we didn't need one anyways.

Check in was a breeze. Room was nice minus a couple of housekeeping issues. Very convenient to restaurants and sea world. Great public right down the street. Quiet hotel with friendly staff. Convenient breakfast in nice dining area. Would definitely recommend to others. Enjoyed our stay.

Negatives: Found large hairball under desk in room and used tissue on bathroom floor.

I thought this hotel was great. All of the staff was very friendly, the continental breakfast was good. I called to say I would be checking in later than mid-night, the woman that picked up the phone said it wouldn't be a problem. I appreciate the great service that my mom, my grandmother and I received while we stayed there.

Positives: All of the staff was extremely friendly.

Negatives: They gave us new towels for the second day, I like to conserve water.

Although my stay was very brief (overnight, this hotel far exceeded my expectations and was clean, well lit and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and everything was very clean.

Positives: The bathrooms were beautiful and had extra hooks.

Negatives: The waffles at breakfast were cold.

After I changed rooms from the first one which smelled like an ashtray, everything was perfect. The breakfast buffet could use a little more selection. Overall it was great.

Positives: Great location, awesome beds, sheets and pillows, very clean.

Negatives: I first got a room which was a smoking room, it smelled like an ashtray.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, good location, smaller pool then some hotels, but was cleaned often and had nice patio tables by the pool, wish they had queen beds instead of full size. Over all, was great.

Positives: Quiet, convenient location, clean, updated not old. Free hot breakfast.

Negatives: No free shuttle to attractions, when most other hotels in area offered it and only full size beds instead of queen.

The breakfast was fantastic as it always is at Hampton Inn. The staff was very welcoming and ready to help.

Positives: They gave me the king-size bed I requested.

Negatives: They gave me a handicap accessible room, which was a little weird.

I have no complaints about the hotel itself. We were only there for one night, but the bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Lots of options at the breakfast buffet, too. Unfortunately, the price was still a little high. Of course, I¿m sure that had something to do with the fact that we were there on the weekend of the Daytona 500.
