We had to layover in Miami and came in right as the shuttle was shutting down and they still came and picked us up. The shuttle van had to be serviced, and the hotel provided a cab to the airport. Wonderful service and definitely going above and beyond for the customer.
Positives: Airport shuttle, great service.
Negatives: The a/c resets to an uncomfortable temp at 2AM.

We were very happy with the location of this hotel. We exited the highway and there it was. We were able to enjoy the pool which was very nice. The room was very clean and modern.
Positives: The pool was clean and the people picking up towels were prompt.
Negatives: It was expensive.
