My stay was enjoyable and I hope to stay here again in the near future.
Positives: I was delighted with the appearance and condition of the room.
Negatives: I think parking could be a little tight when the hotel is fully booked.

Housing staff needs to be retrained on who is the customer and how to handle the traveling public with care!

The clerks were helpful and very friendly meeting our every need. The breakfast provided was very satisfying and the breakfast room was comfortable. If we are in Dover again, we will stay here.
Positives: We liked the accessibility to town without the noise of town.
Negatives: Nothing.

The hotel facilities and room were clean and comfy. The hotel staff was not informative or helpful the two times I was in direct contact with them.
Positives: The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed linens and towels were very soft and comfy.
Negatives: At late check in, desk attendant was not informative at all. At check out, desk attendant was not interested in forwarding a reservation for my stay.

It would be nice if when we book through it that we could request a king, non-smoking room. We had 1 queen bed in our room.
Positives: Very clean, good location.
Negatives: We would have liked to have had a king bed, not queen.
