Check in time starts at 4pm. The office will have varying office hours throughout the year, but will be open daily from 8am to 5pm. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Any guests that will be arriving after office hours will need to obtain the late check-in box combo by calling the office at 970-726-9421 or referring to the posted instructions at the office. Sawmill Station is close to town along the Fraser River in a peaceful, private community.

Nestled in a mountain valley with commanding views of the Continental Divide, but easily accessible from the Denver area, Winter Park is your getaway location.
