Nice hotel with friendly staff who supplied already prepared or would prepare directions. Rooms are nice with two queen beds each, but the mattresses are soft. Small pool isn't worth the effort.
Positives: Staff was very friendly.
Negatives: Had to change rooms because of noise and soft mattress.

I had stayed at a Double tree in Phoenix and I was expecting this DT to be in the same league. We had 3 people stay for 5 days in a cramped room. I felt the hotel could have been more accommodating This DT may be a 3-star but I felt like I was staying in a 2-star.
Positives: The location.
Negatives: The size of the room.

Hotel was full, so glad I had reservations, but you'd never know it was full except they told me.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: No continental breakfast.

Conveniently located to shopping areas and activities of interest. Easy to find. Clean and friendly.
Positives: First impression was that the hotel was well maintained, clean and a caring staff. Front desk to housekeepers.
Negatives: The odor of cigarette smoke in the hall way and room even though designated as non smoking. Ash trays in my room?

The Double tree Denver North has a good location, close to Highway 36 with a nice view of downtown Denver and the Rockies. The room was alright, but the hotel was old. It did feature very comfortable beds.
Positives: Good location, friendly staff.
Negatives: Older hotel with poor upkeep. Could use renovation.

The hotel is beautiful and the lobby staff were very kind and helpful. The maid service we received was substandard. Linen had old blood stain on it when we arrived and when they cleaned room did not change linens, replace EMPTY tissue box, add additional shampoo/rinse, etc. Very disappointed in maid service. I travel a great deal and have never felt this way until this trip. I'm not sure if I would like to stay there again, as our room was not cleaned in an acceptable manner.
Positives: Check in staff are superior. Very kind, helpful, and attentive.
Negatives: The maid service was horrendous. Extremely poor job in cleaning room.

Very nice hotel with a good restaurant in a great location to get to anywhere in Denver. The professional staff is fast and friendly. They were one of the best service staffs I have seen and I travel every week.
Positives: Great location and professional staff.
Negatives: The beds are the old style Radisson that are hard and uncomfortable.

There is nothing to complain about other than the bar. It is not a hotel to get excited about, though.
Positives: Close to stores and freeway.
Negatives: Smoky front entrance. We did not use the restaurant because you must pass through the bar.

Sorry it really wasn't anything special. Felt as if the hotel was for seasoned travelers who didn't want to be bothered. Good for some, but not the category I was in that stay.
Positives: Nobody else was using the pool or whirlpool.
Negatives: Dirty windows, dirty hand rail in elevator, bath room in unacceptable repair.

Typical tech-boom hotel....once nice, but has been ridden hard and put away wet....hard to handle for myself
