There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in is located at 2150 Resort Drive, suite 100. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check-in time is after 4pm on day of arrival. Although we try to have every unit ready by 4pm during busy times there may be delays. No refunds will be given due to delays. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is 10am. Minimum check-in age is 21. Check-in is at 2150 Resort Drive, suite 100. Please have your confirmation and valid ID. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays: 2 bed- USD 35.00, 3 bed- USD 50.00, 4 bed USD 65.00. If arriving after hours please check-in at Mountain Resorts Office located at 2150 Resort Dr. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.
