Check-in and check-out at the Pioneer Ridge Office located at 675 Snapdragon Way in Steamboat Springs. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check-in time is after 4pm. Check-out is 10am. We try to have units ready by 4pm, but there may be delays. No refunds given for delays. Check-in at the Pioneer Ridge Office- 675 Snapdragon Way. Pick up phone by the door to speak with security. Security will take a manual imprint of a credit card and provide the guest with an arrival packet including maps and check-in information.
