In lieu of a USD 250 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- studio w/loft, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom w/ loft - USD 20.00, 2 bedroomt - USD 35.00. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. 24 hr Check-in service is located at 2150 Resort Drive, Suite 100. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Please have your confirmation number and a valid ID. Check-in at the Mountain Resorts Office at 2150 Resort Drive, Steamboat Springs, CO. In the event the office is closed, use the courtesy phone and follow instructions posted next to the phone located in the entryway.
