Nestled in the San Juan Range of the Rockies and surrounded by 2 million acres of the Rio Grande National Forest, Lonesome Dove has year-round family activities for the sports enthusiast & nature lover alike.
Conveniently accessible are hiking, fishing, horseback riding, rafting, biking or just relaxing in the cool mountain air.
Our country store will meet your basic grocery needs, including some hunting/fishing tackle, RV supplies an ATM machine, and a central HOT TUB. The Gift Shop features handmade gifts, shirts, and of course, Colorado souvenirs.
