Overall, we had a positive experience at this hotel. All hotels in the area were booked because of a volleyball tournament and we did not have much of a selection. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Positives: Staff was great.

Negatives: They have smoking rooms and our room faced the highway. You will want an inside room.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, offers a decent complementary breakfast and has a friendly and helpful staff. It is well located, especially if you want to go shopping, or if you have family or business in one of the several small towns around. I would definitely recommend it.

Positives: Hotel is well renovated, conveniently located, clean and very comfortable for the price.

Negatives: The restaurant only opens at 4pm, and closes very early. It could have a gym facility, since it aims at business people.

Positives: Friendliness and courtesy of staff.

Negatives: There was nothing that I didn't like.

It had the atmosphere of a poor neighborhood hangout, which, as a solo female traveler that made me very uncomfortable (Men in lawn chair hanging around outside the rooms, etc). Rubber mats in shower which grows mold and mildew. Ice machine and vending machine at middle of hotel, vending machine virtually empty.

Positives: The pillows.

Negatives: Dirty bathroom, rubber mat in shower, no pay per view.

We have been accused of stealing a comforter from the room. We have never stolen anything from a hotel or otherwise in our lives. Management has been rude and not co-operative. Stay away!

Positives: Proximity to park.

Negatives: Horrible managers.

The premises are a mess. It looks like a couple months yet before things will be under control.

Positives: Will probably be better after construction is completed.

Negatives: The whole campus of this motel was one big construction maize.

I was very disappointed because I was led to believe that the hotel was completed. What we found on our arrival was what looked like Hurricane Katrina II. We canceled our reservations and went across the street to The Hampton.

Positives: Location would have been great.

Negatives: It should have been closed for renovations.
