New, modern, clean, easy access to shopping (1 minute), highway (1 minute), nearby Boulder (10 miles on highway), and Rocky Mountain National Park (< 1 hour). Nice staff.

Positives: Modern decor, comfortable bed.

Negatives: Loud AC fan.
